Wow Mr Chris, that auction sure had alot of stuff!! The little JD is either an L or LA, can ever keep them straight. The John Deere with the loader , looks to be a 730, the big wide yellow sloping stripe and tilt wheel are the give away. That was a gas, and thats the distributor for it, the pony motors were tucked way up under the hoods. Cant remember if the 730 diesels were direct start or not. They were the last series of 2cyl deere made. I looked at a Leland before trading for the 180. I was hoping to hear the 185 fire off!! The Oliver is a row crop 60. A friend of mine had a standard version that is around here a true gem 😁 Enjoyed it all Mr Chris!! That one 4x4 case would be a great tractor fir me ine day 😁 Thank you sir for bringing us along!! 😁😁🇺🇸🇺🇸👍👍
That's a cool Volkswagen. They use those baby round balers for pine straw around here. Great preview Chris and hope you have a blessed weekend my friend.
Yes the Oliver near the end is a Oliver Row Crop 60 The Case VAI is a industrial version. That's what the "I" stands for. Some of them have a really fast high gear but you need to look at the gear shift pattern to confirm. I'd like to have them. Thanks for taking us along. Curious to see what stuff goes for.
Thank You Chris, this was very interesting, Bandit have a Long tractor, I think a 850 but that was my first taking notice of a Long, I hoped you would try start the Ford, really cool tractors, that row of IH's definitely came from the same farm, all serviced and have the new steps on and some batteries replaced, agree with you they are ready for the field
Enjoyed your walk around the auction yard today Chris. A lot of nice stuff. I knew a guy who had one of those LONG tractors back in the mid 70's. Their made in Switzerland. His was a 4x4 and 50 to 60 HP. It was the first 4x4 tractor in our part of W.V. back in the 70's you hardly ever saw a tractor with front wheel assist. Now everyone has one LoL. 🚜
Thanks for the walk around. I am just north of you in western NY and might bid on a few things. I'd say that 1466 with no fenders previously had a cab on it. If I were a betting man I'd say its cab is next to the weights.
Year round cabs were built in Mankato Minnesota. 30 miles from the home farm. In the 80s they were popular. I've even delivered them to farms, and dealerships in that time frame.
That little Deere in the beginning is a LA. An interesting contraption & I wouldn't mind having one for that reason. The Deere with the NI loader is probably a 720. Kinda hard to tell with the walleye vision from your camera. Makes it look like you're about 3' tall. And everything looks fat. So please.... don't put me on there!! 😂😂
That looks like a really big auction! Thanks for the tour. That place could do serious damage to a guy's check book.

Good evening Jan.
The Long was built in Tarboro North Carolina. Very close to Nelson's farm.
Occasionally I see one in my area.
@@brycewiborg8095 That is cool information Bryce, may be one day we will see a Long on Nelson's farm
@jankotze1959 He had a Long disk early on.

Good morning Chris ☕☕☕

Nice video. I went and previewed things there…almost wish I hadn’t, saw quite a few things I’d like to own! Needless to say, I’ll be there. 😂

John Deere model L. I was thinking that was a clown car. Thank you Chris.
The Belaire fuel cap was under the driver's side tail light. You turn the vertical bar above the tail light, and the light rotates down.

That would be a 60 Row Crop Oliver with a Waukesha engine. Most parts are available. It's competitive to your H in power, and versatility.
Case VA Industrial. My brother owns one. Very long production run.
What can I say ! I hang around tractor shows .
That A has enough caribou food to feed the whole heard 😮

That JD Tractor is model 730 gas, 58 to 59 hp..
