I have been following your channel for a long time, and I think these videos are my favorites. When you were playing $9 you were playing 9 lines. When you were betting $3 you were only betting 3 lines. Each line was worth the same amount if you hit on the line.

Obviously he did not want to wait in line to cash this measly sum, whether at the cash machine or cashiers' cage. I have seen this done. Personally, I print the ticket and hand it to a nearby player, if it's less than a dollar and I'm done playing for the day or night. Leaving a few pennies in a machine is not going to bankrupt anyone.
