As a falcons fan.. We have been in so many games where we have been on the same side you guys are on now… We NEVER had a player come on a podcast the day after a devastating loss and take calls from fans and also give the fanbase hope for all in doubt.. So much respect to BG for this.. Shows how much he loves his organization. Y’all have a new subscriber in me!

Hate to break it to you but Fangio is our DC. He doesn’t blitz or care about rushing the passer he cares about coverage… Reddick is gone Huff is terrible & can’t win a one on one while Davis and Carter are doubled.. so I’d imagine we’re gonna be very low on sacks this year
BG shouldn't be the one having to speak and do damage control for the defense. Get the players who aren't contributing on the show and have them explain themselves.

He said this exact same thing last year as the Eagles were crumbling. I love Brandon, but his words are just words.
Much love for BG being real and honest! However this was a brutal game, I get that Saquon dropped the ball at a critical moment but how about not taking the points with the FG in the first half and or how about Darius "Too old to make a play" getting slayed and giving up a super easy touchdown to a WR that Q had locked up all day. The score doesn't tell the whole story, the D line was chasing sacks, did not have gap discipline and they act like they are a top three DL but at this point it is much more accurate to say they are a bottom three DL. The fellas have to get their stuff together quick and have to prove they are talented otherwise we will be looking at a very different team next year from the top down!
Bring back Haason! Defense is trash not to mention that DC Vic fangio! Trash! Nothing to show for his scheme! No rings, No championship!

He can’t control huff winning 1 on 1s and setting the edge on runs , Jordan Davis & Carter winning the battle up front , our line backers filling run gaps. We are an offensive team our defense isn’t that good that’s just reality. 70% of our cap is invested on offense. Howie needs help making decisions on defense in the draft and free agency. Letting tj edwards and hasson walk over the last 2 years but paying trashberry and huff is gonna bite us in the ass. And I think he should’ve dropped his nuts after the Super Bowl and let slay go the ravens. Slay is not in his prime anymore his best days are behind him
I appreciate BG but the person that we need to be asking questions to is Vic Fangio!! He’s the DC and it’s his scheme so why isn’t he getting pressed??
Saints are going to blow us out. I hate to say it, but if we couldn't beat the Falcons. Imagine what Kamara, Carr, and the Saints are going to do to us.

The only positive outlook i have for the d line not hitting yet is that the first 4 weeks of the season are practically pre season games since no one plays preseason anymore.... If they don't ramp it up here in the next week or 2 i will officially be in worry mode... Until then it's still faith in philly
Coaching, QB reads, and Defense need addressing
The EAGLES had 4th and 3 at the goal line and the Falcons had no time outs left. The EAGLES had a three point lead with a minute left. Even if they hadn't converted for points, the decision to give the opposition the ball ON THEIR THIRTY YARD LINE was a decision that should cost someone their job. Something seems fishy.
It’s the same issue with the defense as last year. Makes me wonder even more why they got rid of reddick.

I trust chuck to get more pressure against the qb then our edge rushers now I’m fine with signing him to a day 10. At least we will have some heart in that locker room
Milton Williams had some good plays but, I feel like too many players are taking off, during play. They need 110% effort on every play. I believe that’s what sweat is referring.
Why is no one talking about the Jalen Hurts INT when all Philly needed was a Field Goal to Win?
Cause to most fans Jalen is untouchable... Same thing with Wentz untill it was so glaring everyone could see...

It’s crazy how this game really came to whoever makes the less mistakes. 1 turnover from jalen was the one mistake tbh. That turnover stat made a huge difference

BG is the heart of this team but, I really believe all these Georgia draft picks seem to be more or less over-hyped busts. I felt this way last year. Huff is always over matched. Two high safeties with these players isn't working.

BG was our best edge rusher. Huff was horrible bro ... I didn't see the effort. He took a ton of plays off! Huff also gave up outside contain on the run (I didn't see the effort at all)
That take on godert is complete BS. He is as good as kelce or kittle. We just have him blocking more then catching. He should of had 12 touches last night. It's not their not on the same page. It's the OC's don't dial up plays for him like they should. He doesn't get the ball as much, but he isnt included in the play calling like he should be.
