Detail oriented breakdowns, and coach gets the fans timestamps to help with their film study of his content. Great to see you back on the media side of things, and educating us fans. Now all we need is Mayock doing draft coverage and the football world will be whole again.
47 year old, Patriots fan from southern NH here. Went to many games at the old Sullivan Stadium back in the day. Fryar and Starring were my two favorite receivers growing up. Love that he came out clean from the troubled times. He's looking sharp! Thanks Coach and thank you Irving!
Coach I am so glad to see you back doing what you love! You're a special football coach and even better person. Love that you are honoring the greats like Irving who was a Great Eagle and Cornhusker. Myself and many fans of the game missed your presence last few years. Just know you have so much support, and your contribution to the game over the last 25 years has inspired many including myself. Thank You coach, keep grinding.
Your message means more to me than you know! And your donation will help me buy ink pens which I desperately need! Hope to meet you soon thank you so much - JG
Gruden came back with the heat. They tried to blackball my boy over some funny emails. Hope he gets a comeback in the nfl. Hes a better offensive mind than sean payton!
So awesome to hear from Irving! Life long 50 year Phins fan here and some of my best football memories are of him with Marino. It’s really interesting listening to him talk about those times from a player perspective … glad you had him on Coach! Great behind the scenes stories!
So great to have Irving Fryar on here! He has the most underrated podcast out there with ‘ The Fryar Place’. Very candid about his past & hearing about the old school NFL days from him & his guests is such a treat. Glad to see these 2 legends together!
Hi Coach, glad to see you brother! Mr. Fryar is an awesome person and i'm happy to see how the Lord God Almighty has redeemed him and made him a brighter light than ever before! I love it! God bless and peace to everyone.
Always love the little windows that open to the times before my watching the nfl... what a story, what a life, and what a connection these two people shared. Keep up the good work, will watch every second of it!
Appreciate Irving's contributions to the Nebraska story! Pillar to one of the best chapters in our history. Hope to see him back in Memorial Stadium sooner than later. GBR!
Couch Gruden is a great football mind and for me perhaps the greatest mind. I know him personally. He, Cindy and the boys are genuine and I admire them. I will always be in his corner. I love his content. I love the man. Great stuff couch!!!
Coach, in my opinion nobody knows Football like you. I’m glad you’re back doing what you love. One more thing, you look like you did 20 years ago. God bless you Coach Gruden.
Marino was probably the best pure passer to ever play the game. His subtle movements in the pocket to gain time and the arm strength, vision, quick release and accuracy are without peer.
Coach… I effing love the show and I’m so happy you are doing this man!!! This is going to takeoff bigger than anything the networks would have done for you. Pleaseeeeeee whoever runs this page, you have to do a Frank caliendo segment again!!! That would be HILARIOUS!!! Go eagles!! 🦅
Much respect for you both. Great podcast. Coach you being on injured reserved the NFL is doing you, the game and its fans a disservice. Ecstatic you are back giving us content in the style only you have.
Entertaining interview. Fryar is an insightful speaker. His wish to have played longer with Miami would’ve only been met with frustration because of Shula’s nauseating prevent defense which cost the ‘fins too many last minute blown leads. The only thing it did was to prevent a ring for Marino.
Jersey Man Right there ❤ From Timmy White AP Shore USC pros etc hell and back in a limousine God Bless you Irv proud of you followed you your whole career along with all the Nebraska jersey crew and Carl L etc etc Coach JG love you glad to see you getting back on it im still upset how the League did you all good 😊 once a champion always one God Bless you two hopefully one day ill see you Gentleman again
I’m almost 49, I remember Squish the the Fish & Bury the Bears. I had 2 posters on my wall as a 11 12 yo, Stanley Morgan and Irving Fryar. I lied, I had a Larry Legend poster too. Irving was the best player the Pats had at that point in history. They traded him & Stanley was the best WR in history, then Gronk broke his record, I can’t forget John H. As a Lineman who play HS & College in the early 90s John was the man.
I went through a good long period where every single last person i thought i was to the dirt with that did me in..i hear every last thing iv'e went through and was felt so distant fr9m Gid..that's the Sacariest part..how to figure out how you can surmount such a great and wide chasm..where your only and constant compannion is the darkness and it wants to keep you very badly..and everyone is all gone..i hear ya..i feel you..thank you..i'm still not all the way back..the long hard road..
I would've love to see the Bledsoe to Irving Fryar connecting on deep routes. The Pats should've never let him go.. Imagine Bledsoe throwing to Terry Glenn , Ben Coates and mg man Irving Fryar !!! That would've been the original greatest show on turf !!!
Fun video! Would love to see you talk football with Coach Mouse Davis and/or Coach June Jones! Coach Jones had a great relationship with Coach Bill Walsh that might be a lot of fun for you to talk to him about ❤
Irving Fryer was a machine at Nebraska. 17 years in the NFL at a speed position. I hope his world is at peace and fun. This Gator Alumnus would love to see Gruden in the program if Napier can’t figure it out.

Why are you sending $50. to this wealthy man?
I was thinking the same thing. 50 million from raiders coaching contract?
@@tbam994
Because he can....

Agreed
Being reduced to hosting a yt channel is funny.
@@NatTurnerswitBurnerz he has a net worth of over 30 million, i think he's ok. you are reduced to trolling on YT channels
Funny emails? That’s what you call racism these days.
That’s not saying much

Coach, I’ve always been a fan of you. The knowledge and passion are off the charts! Keep it coming!
Irving Fryar is an Orange Bowl icon. Those annual Cornhusker trips to the OB for New Year's night always delivered top notch football.
Great to see Irving, I worked for the Patriots back in the day and it was exciting to say the least 😂😂 nothing but respect ✊✊✊✊✊✌🏽✌🏼✌🏻

Absolute pleasure to watch Fryer play for Miami! Quality and underrated WR! Hats off to a great career
West Philly got love for Irv, watching Orange Bowl as a young kid all the way with My Eagles
Irving Was a Hell of a Receiver, to hear New England Had no Line of Scrimmage Audibles Sounds About Right!🤣As a Lifelong Patriot Fan 🤣
I absolutely loved everything about this. People who were good enough and smart enough to take football to another level.
Two great personalities. Football connection goes beyond just football clearly.
Always love you in Tampa coach. All the best and can’t wait to see you in the league again. Even though the league doesn’t deserve you
Thank you Coach, good to see and hear you. EXCELLENT ALL AROUND

Good stuff, coach. As a Fins fan, I remember being so upset that he didn't stay longer in Miami. I always enjoyed watching Marino and Fryar.

Iriving Fryar, a WR great. Glad too see you're doing well.
Young kids today will never know how much of a dynamic player Irving Fryer was… fast… strong… playmaker…

Amen, hallelujah. God bless these men.
Enjoyed the interaction from two greats! Thanks
As a french fan without content about football. Love your channel Coach. You always been my favorite one in NFL.
Awesome conversation. Love you Irving!
Thank you, Coach! Please do all you can to rid football of the worst commissioner in the history of sports, Roger Goodell.

Great interview! Grew up in Ohio, but was a lifelong Dolphins fan. Shula was my favorite coach of all time, but I love Chucky! Both Ohio boys.

Tipped my toes into the Gruden waters. Doing a deeper dive now. Subscribed. Amazing channel.
Gruden was the absolute Receiver whisperer, all the guys he worked with had the best years of their careers with him.
Great interview! Both are NFL royalty...
I love this guy! He was amazing!
Dr Tom #1, you #2......quite a compliment Coach 👍
You could hear the seriousness in his voice when he relived threatening to break Dan's face
Yay Irving tecmo bowl legend
Tecmo!
Holy shit
Best decision Mr Fryar ever made was coming to Lincoln and hooking up with TO, Gill, Rozier.
That Orange Bowl really hurt. What a team. Going for 2 was the right thing to do. Glory Days.
Great interview coach. This is back in the day baby.
Coach John Gruden I hope that you can do the same thing and have an interview with a great Barrett Robins you coached him
This makes me so happy

Two of the best
Always enjoy a chat among friends. 🏈
Way to go coach. Character content and good to hear from a legand.
Fryar helped patriots go to our first sb in 1985, ne fan. Really good player
Irving had his best years near the end of his career with the Eagles with Gruden as the OC and Ty Detmer/Rodney Peete/ and Bobby Hoying as QB
Imagine if he'd had McNabb and vice-versa... smh
Fun video! Would love to see you talk football with Coach Mouse Davis and/or Coach June Jones! Coach Jones had a great relationship with Coach Bill Walsh that might be a lot of fun for you to talk to him about ❤

On Dan Marino. He was all that! Great great QB from Pittsburgh. My Steelers should have drafted him.
