Hello Margaret, how is your dry cough doing? Have you tried something natural from nature called Mullein? It is right now in season and possible to find and harvest the yellow flowers and pale green furry soft leaves. Please research for yourself all the benefits, but you can make tea with the flowers, it helps with caught, is an expectorant, leaves are good for nerve and back pain. God Bless!❣💕
The tater tot casserole used to make a regular appearance at my church’s potluck every month and there were never any leftovers. I haven’t seen it in a long time though so I guess the person who made it switched to something else. The cabbage casserole looked delicious and I’m sure I would love it, thanks for sharing the recipe! Best of all in this video is that the cabinet came in time!! Yippee! 👍👍👍
I love both hash brown casserole (I use shredded potatoes) and cabbage casserole! Both delicious! Hash brown casserole is good for breakfast, too. I like making both of those casseroles because I get multiple meals out of them. I like having leftovers.

Why do we worry so much about food. Eat what you love just know your limit. You mentioned the arm flab well I trained with a friend who was a boxer and I have good muscle definition and strength in my arms and yes I have the flabby arm look. It is what it is. How many events do we not attend because we are self conscious about how we look or whatever other people think or say? I have noticed one thing though…your not coughing as much. Play safe!
