His "The Making Of" videos about "I See A Dreamer" and "Gone Away" really shows his process and how he makes these songs so you can check them out. I also recommend checking out Kanaya, you heard her in the background of some of Evan's videos. Her Dream SMP songs are fantastic with each character getting their own theme. I'd say start off with Techno's theme, Dream's theme, and Philza's theme then later you could check out other themes like Fundy's theme. They all take place around the same time in the story which is the Manburg v Pogtopia war. Especially Phil's which is literally named "November 16" the day the war happened and the day he joined. Just so you know Phil's song also follows the SBI family dynamic, Phil is the dad, and Techno, Tommy, and Wilbur are his sons. So despite Wilbur being his canon son in the song all 3 are his kids. Just letting you know since the lyrics refer to each of them individually and I don't want you to get confused as to how it all applies to Wilbur.
When HSB says “I love the guitar” and “That animation though” it reminded me of when CG5 did the video on one of his channels, either GC4 or CG5LIVE called “Listening to FNAF songs I’ve never heard before part 2” on the… awesome… song… called TV Static 10 hours. CG5 listens to it and is like, great song, that beatdrop though.

I definitely recommend some of Charlie's older stuff as well because they are huge bangers, like Father's Day (a Don't Hug Me I'm Scared song), Delightful Day (Animal Crossing ft Dan Bull and Wishlyst (who are both amazing as well)), and To The Dungeons (Pokemon Mystery Dungeon song ft NateWantsToBattle (who is insanely way too talented)) While each of these song origins aren't super popular like Among Us or Dream SMP, they're still really good even without context and I'm surprised none were recommended because that's what helped Charlie grow his channel into what it is today. I suppose a lot of his fans showed up after their creation.
