Nancy Drew #12: Secret Of The Old Clock ( 2005 )

The year is 1930; Nancy Drew drives her roadster to Lilac Inn in Titusville. Nancy received an invitation from Emily Crandall. Emily just lost her mother and she is left running Lilac Inn.
In this first part we meet the characters ( Jane, Emily, Richard Topham, and Mr. Archer ) , do some puzzles like the parlor puzzles ( Bird clock puzzle and Bard Bounce ), a gear puzzle at the bank, a memory puzzle and card game at Richard Topham's School. We play miniature gold which gives us a red horse toy after winning. We go into the barn next door to the school and do a domino puzzle and mirror puzzle.
Toward the end we go to Waddell Jeweler's and ask for the owner to cut a blank from the crystal quartz we found, find a trivet that was lent to Ms. Sheldon in Twin Elms. we go fishing and we deliver telegraphs to get extra cash to pay the jeweler for the crystal quartz blank, we also get some red dress fabric from Mr. Archer that we have to sew for his wife ( which is where we end off on ).
