Not sure, if your talking about just regular size steaks, wouldn't have anything for that. But might have to give some a try to see how they come out.

Grill the steaks or cook them in a cast iron skillet at least. Instant Pot is for roasts.

Why aren’t you searing the meat to develop good flavor? And why so much meat? Are you cooking for 30 or 40 people?
