The last time I can remember anything like this is in Boston in 1977. the temps dropped from 15 at 10PM to -50 at 2 or 3 AM. that lasted two days. the question is how long will these temps last? I'm hearing conflicting reports. this is really dangerous.
My heart feels like it’s being torn apart.. I am thousand kilometers away, at the Mediterranean Europe but I still feel like I would feel if this was happening to my people here, my nation and I can’t stand it for people there to experience situations like this and freeze to death.. please help each other people there. We are too far away to open our houses and welcome all of you in...

I agree with earth balancing theory. An example is the cooling effect of major hurricanes. The earth has more carbon in the atmosphere. We just part of another cycle. However, our impact cannot be denied.

I'm in Minneapolis and we are used to this very cold weather 😁 Wednesday no one was outside. Thursday was 0° and I was like it's nice out here 🤣no blowing cold wind. I'm excited about 17° today 😁
The lowest its gotten here in atlanta is this year we have had oddly warm temp lately 70 degrees in winter...tf!

Why Fahrenheit is better: it can be 69 degrees outside and you can go out without immediately dying of heatstroke.

This huge storm that is hitting the west coast has been virtually uncovered here in Washington. There’s a high wind advisory in the northern puget sound and that’s it. Temperature are forecasted to get into the high twenties at the worst for 3 or 4 days.
