Life is still really shitty, but I'm beginning to recognize that there's a possibility of getting through it all, whereas at the time of my hospitalization the only solution to my problems, as I saw it, was suicide. I was pregnant and had some complications that caused me to have an emergency C-section a few weeks ago. I'm pretty sure that I have postpartum depression, but I don't know how to talk bout it to my fiance or my family. This song pretty much says exactly how I've been feeling since my C-section, especially since my baby is in the NICU and I'm not able to go and visit very often. My situation sucks a lot rn and all I want to do is bring my baby home, but I can't yet. I've had depression in the past and this song helps so much with how I'm feeling rn and how I've felt in the past. I don't know. Some people have peace, others not. I got more and more peace when I started to cut off connections. I was unaware of the restlessness of them that I took with me. It's like you get stress from a stressfull friend. It creeps under your skin, into your heart, into your brain. That's why they have retreat centres. To get away from the world around you and get rid of that poison.

From the time I've started middle school i have been starting my stage of anxiety. I was born with an alcoholic father who abused my mom and sometimes me and my brother too. I was taught never to say a word to anyoune about this and it was hard. As i started 6th grade my life went downhill fast. I was bullied in school, i had fake friend (who i had been with since 3rd grade)who would take the side of my bullies and sometimes act to be my friend, i was sexually harassed by a kid i used to play with her grandfather, i was seperated from my dad, my brother would be so away our family and only be with his friends, my mom would be so busy with her job, i also had stress of studies, I started comparing myself and starved myself until i started getting dizzy at times around the day thinking that i would faint. Im now in 7th trying to cope with my anxiety This song literally talks about my anxiety. Its everything i feel like but cant say. Thank you Alexander for this song. It really helps.❤

I was pregnant and had some complications that caused me to have an emergency C-section a few weeks ago. I'm pretty sure that I have postpartum depression, but I don't know how to talk bout it to my fiance or my family. This song pretty much says exactly how I've been feeling since my C-section, especially since my baby is in the NICU and I'm not able to go and visit very often. My situation sucks a lot rn and all I want to do is bring my baby home, but I can't yet. I've had depression in the past and this song helps so much with how I'm feeling rn and how I've felt in the past. I can't thank you enough for coming out with this song that speaks volumes to thousands of people, like it spoke volumes to me.

every time i listen to this song i cry, it hits so hard. Because i’m usually always nice, kind, caring but i’m never thanked and I never get that kindness back. Now i just feel like i can’t be kind anymore because i’m never thanked or get that kindness back, and people always put the blame on me when i didn’t do anything, and i over apologize about everything I do and i hate myself for every little mistake. depression and anxiety has hit me hard

I don't know. Some people have peace, others not. I got more and more peace when I started to cut off connections. I was unaware of the restlessness of them that I took with me. It's like you get stress from a stressfull friend. It creeps under your skin, into your heart, into your brain. That's why they have retreat centres. To get away from the world around you and get rid of that poison.

From the time I've started middle school i have been starting my stage of anxiety. I was born with an alcoholic father who abused my mom and sometimes me and my brother too. I was taught never to say a word to anyoune about this and it was hard. As i started 6th grade my life went downhill fast. I was bullied in school, i had fake friend (who i had been with since 3rd grade)who would take the side of my bullies and sometimes act to be my friend, i was sexually harassed by a kid i used to play with her grandfather, i was seperated from my dad, my brother would be so away our family and only be with his friends, my mom would be so busy with her job, i also had stress of studies, I started comparing myself and starved myself until i started getting dizzy at times around the day thinking that i would faint. Im now in 7th trying to cope with my anxiety This song literally talks about my anxiety. Its everything i feel like but cant say. Thank you Alexander for this song. It really helps.❤
