The culture that you mentioned is not actually specific to Germany, but whole of Europe. You will find these cultural similarities in the Nordic Countries as well. Same with the Baltic countries. But it's fun experiencing different cultures. Thanks for this video 🙂

I would recommend the Vlogger to go around Bayern/Bavaria. There isn't a more "religion at center of life/society" state, not just in whole of Germany but also most of W Europe. Also, certain things are stereotyped around husband wife paying separately or keeping a record to balance it later. The Vlooger is doing a good job but certain things need to be better researched/presented.

I think we can mention something about Indian culture even if we are Indians. I can say something about if it is a democracy. In Indian culture, I see(belonging to ALL religions) parents having affairs in private and all is well as long as it does not come out in public. In Indian culture, your own sister is a Goddess but try to get as perverse and sexual with someone else's sister if you get the chance - again as long as you do not get caught. Best of all, in Indian culture, keep passing judgement about the other person's affairs and his family without noticing the filth going on in your own family. In short the essence of Indian culture is - do ANYTHING but do not get caught! Maintain family dignity by not getting caught.

I also stay in Germany and could relate to everything that you said. All these were shocking for me too when I came here. 1 more thing that you could have added is we have to specifically order water in restaurants and it is a bit expensive. Unlike India, restaurants don't give water by default.

the biggest jhatka should be "look how clean and organized the country is, not filthy and dirty with people spitting and pooping all over the place even in front of the hospital ICU room". I am okay with most of the points. In fact, for most of those points I feel so disturbed and uncomfortable here in Indian traditions (modern, showy or futile traditions especially).
I, too, prefer marriage occasions with minimal crowd, meals for a single time and no harsh noise, and also with minimal monetary expenses.
