Sandhill Cranes: Bad Dad

The male Sandhill Crane in this Homer Alaska pair does not want to feed one of the two chicks. In fact, he has been downright mean to them. He pecks them and chases them. Is he a bad dad or not?

each parent/ chick knows/ learns
what to do .. and we watch to appreciate
natural evolution of survival of fittest over millions of years ..
most humans talk, fight and pretend they know .. having lost
instinct and survival genetic connections from modern life of luxury ..
I use mine everyday, 5 senses to determine what's real and survive it AND knowing that I don't know it all :^)
