    Crispy Beef & Asian Noodles
    _ 1 lb. beef skirt steak, thinly sliced
    8 oz Asian noodles (lo mein, udon, or rice noodles)
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 tablespoon oyster sauce
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1/4 cup chopped green onions
    Sliced veggies (red and green bell peppers, carrots, & snap peas)
    Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
    In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Set aside.
    Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add sliced beef and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 3 minutes. Add vegetables. Cook 3-4 minutes.
    Add the cooked noodles to the pan and pour in the sauce mixture. Toss everything together for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are well coated and heated through.
