New problem: there are hardly any edible enemies left in the challenge AFAIK. A bunch of forced encounters in the next dungeon but then it's pretty much all bosses... which means AP Divide on Heat is no good :( It might still be useful on Gale briefly. But yeah, this is an issue... beating the game should be fine, but optional bosses are gonna wreck my shit if I can't get half-decent skillsets
Are you planning to do this for 2? I think you're looking at a pretty rough time trying to beat king frost, and all the other optional bosses in 1 are way tougher than him, and the big 3 optional bosses at the end of 2 (not counting satan) are far worse than anything in 1 besides maybe huang long. I think 2 has a lot less forced enemy encounters near the start of the game as well.
Eventually yeah. Actually Bananamatic has done 2 but I think he allowed field hunts and didn't touch optional content. I've gone ahead a little and King Frost isn't too bad once you set up. I really don't know what I'm gonna do for the rest tho, they all hit too hard and buff too much. I'm toying with having Heat learn Void Phys to cheese most of the element-based ones but I can't remember if it's possible or if they bust out almighty spells. And that's a big AP investment if it doesn't work out.
Not to mention the optional bosses for 2 require you to fight random encounters to get the items to reach them, so you'd have to constantly be reloading until you got those items first try, which would be hell. I think that big snek may be one of the more interesting fights, unless you plan to fight Huang Long (which I don't think is viable, simply due to HP limitations)
Isak Haha I think he had an almighty attack that does like 300 or so damage with some buffs, I could be wrong though. If so, I don't see it being easy surviving that plus a few vanities, but I'd also need to see the entire mantra grid he'd have going into it, I can't visualize all that in my head
I've always ment to ask - How are you actually doing the Low Level runs? I remember in Nocturne running away from battles is impossible so you'd have to kill the enemies but I assume hacking could allow not getting EXP. How about with this game, same rules?
Wouldnt it be hilarious if jack reaper showed up again in a new SMT game as a fiend?
All pissed off that he has been forgotten and stuff.
Jugo NA-NANI??? Sorry, Ive only played the ps2 ones, a couple of ds ones and persona 5. And catherine.
Aside from jack bros, I didn't know about him.
When I played this I was really hoping meguro had composed some meme rap song to play if you chose to listen to them, was thoroughly disappointed
grand battle we battle
So I wrote this song for the christian youth
I wanna teach kids the christian truth
I did as well
shoulda cracked out the kazoo
Getting better skills for that good o end game
Why isn’t this a Ho Level run?
