It's so crazy.. Christine says one of the qualities she expects from a partner is that they are attracted to her. That the fact that her children knew that their father wasn't, was a contributing factor for why she left him. The saddest part of all of this is that Kody will NEVER admit that he has done anything wrong. He also ignores the fact that kids, while we may think that they aren't listening or watching interaction between their parents, they absolutely are. These kids ALL (minus the ones still under the influence) of them know just how Kody has acted for their whole lives. This is why the older ones have all said "He was a great dad when we were little". I have a narcissistic father who has a lot of enemies. He requires those he associates with to shun anyone on his enemies list. I made a mistake of friending on FB a neighbor from my childhood home. Unbeknownst to me he had a dispute with her 30 years ago. Suddenly my father was telling me that a friend of his enemy is his enemy. That went on for 6 months. I was a fully grown adult and my father was telling me who I could befriend on FB. This is how narcissists behave and you can step in it for doing innocuous things, like Mykelti telling her mother that she’s gorgeous.

The differences in parenting between Christine & Kody are day and night. Christine doesn't force her children to earn favor with her. Her love is unconditional. Kody is just a nob.

The saddest part of all of this is that Kody will NEVER admit that he has done anything wrong. He also ignores the fact that kids, while we may think that they aren't listening or watching interaction between their parents, they absolutely are. This is why the older ones have all said "He was a great dad when we were little". Of course he was.....then they grew up started using their own minds, remembered what they had listened to and seen their entire lives. They questioned things and he didn't like that. I have a narcissistic father who has a lot of enemies. He requires those he associates with to shun anyone on his enemies list. I made a mistake of friending on FB a neighbor from my childhood home. Unbeknownst to me he had a dispute with her 30 years ago. Suddenly my father was telling me that a friend of his enemy is his enemy. That went on for 6 months. I was a fully grown adult and my father was telling me who I could befriend on FB. This is how narcissists behave and you can step in it for doing innocuous things, like Mykelti telling her mother that she’s gorgeous.
I sometimes wonder if Kody has some kind of arrested age development problem. He is emotionally immature and does not appear to have a welll developed sense of the world around him. He is extremely self endulgent. He still has this high school mentality where he's the head jock of his world, and welll liked and popular. It isn't normal.

My dad and I have completely opposite political views and we are both very active in our beliefs. But he loves me, respects me, and always listens to me. He might not agree, he might think I’m delusional, and I might think the same, but he would NEVER hurt me like that. He would NEVER not hear me talk if I felt hurt by him. Just last night we debated and he made sure to pay my hand, hug me, and just tell me how much he loves me. Everyone deserves. -5 LEAST that. Then to see and hear this on tv with the whole world, it is so sad. Thank goodness they have unconditional love from their moms, from what I have seen. These are all good kids. The person who is truly missing out is their dad. I hope he never loses a child or someone he loves, bc this is time he will NEVER get back. Stand up for urself kids and be a better parent!

I think Robyn says things behing mykelti’s back. It’s Robyn’s kids that don’t hang out with mykelti ahen she and her husband invite them over. I think it’s because their own mom says things about mykelti.

Regardless of how he feels about his wife, that’s a secret he should have taken to his grave. He publicly humiliated her. I can only imagine the hurt and shame she must have felt.
