I was initially denied on my first application even though my podiatrist filled out the paperwork saying I was disabled and when I appealed I was sent to their Doctor. The Doctors statement after seeing my disability at the beginning of the process was “I can’t believe they even sent you here”. I was approved after that.
Thanks for the info. Also, it would be good to do another interview regarding a second ALJ hearing after an appeal Counsel approval. I hear good and bad things about that...
