chat about spaceships in the atmosphere always reminds me of my fav futurama bit. Their ship ends up at the bottom of the ocean, and Fry asks how many atmospheres of pressure the hull can take. "Well it's a spaceship, so anywhere between 0 and 1"
Gotta love that they got the biggest checkovs gun ever to show them a jump pack was coming, like thirty minutes ago but still were shocked to get one! Never change boys
1. There was a lore piece years ago suggesting where Tyranid adaptions came from. The fused ribs of a Space Marine were linked to the original Tyrant Guard units (who carried those big shields). There was also a note under it indicating the Heresey in suggesting Space Marines could be corrupted by Tyrannids... 2. There were rules in BFG for ships entering the atmosphere. IIRC it was fine unless they were pointing down, in which case they went a lot faster than was comfortable for the captains!
Daily reminder that Tom is an amazing person and to thank him for all he has done/will do - Day 1761 They fly now :O So I had a look at the Invader ATV, as I was unfamiliar with them, and honestly, I like them :D Damn, poor Nozick, he will be missed Goodness, Brother Ben has indeed quite the impressive collection Awww, poor Servo Skull, hurting it's feelings like that Ok, fighting the Tyranids in pitch-black with the flamethrower lighting them up is so damn cool :D
4:22 i want 40k Kart to happen now. we probably have enough goofy scouting/fast attack vehicles among all factions for it to be fun. but instead of green or blue shells you shoot krak and hunter killer missiles. also the ATV still makes me angry too. they "got rid of" the cool flying/anti-grav land speeders in favor for a wheeled vehicle, which makes a much worse scout/fast attack, at the same time as they introduced an anti-grav MBT for primaris, which is also a terrible idea as a tank is supposed to (be able to) take hits, which seems doubtful with assumedly fragile anti-grav tech. 9:16 power brooms, aka vacuums 16:50 to be fair, if you knew that tom literally cannot get sick under normal circumstances ("untouched by blight and disease"), you'd probably be a bit more concerned than normal 18:46 yeah, especially those metal crates/shipping containers made me immediately think of a 40k board, the moment you said that
In the Horus Heresy novels, it's mentioned that Space Marines don't wear armour over their cyborg limbs because the systems that control the cyborg linbs aren't compatible with the systems that control their power armour.
Could certainly add a little ceramite on top of the exposed hydraulics though, I think. But makes sense, the power armour is so intrinsically merged with the senses of the Astartes that they may feel hindered by the numbness of that part.
Speaking of robo-eyes, I remember watching Dr. Chris Raynor's "Could We Create MASTER CHIEF Today?" video and he talked about a company called Ocumetics which claims their implant could give you vision three times better than 20/20, and apparently they started human trials this year.
Can we please get a skit, of Tom and Ben in robes armed with brooms, sweeping through the corridors during a tyranid invasion? Edit1: Pyrion and Lewis appear in the background also sweeping away at the end of the corridor, lewis says something Heretical and gets swept into a garbage disposal shoot. Edit 2: Tom and Ben cheer the disposal with “death to Heretics” at Pyrion… but then the shoot bursts open… and Lewis comes back as something… ugly, something brimming with heresy… some merch.
"our lieutenant is wounded we're getting on that ship" since when has a a junior officer being injured every meant shit in Warhammer, even if they're a space marine
Pretty sure I'm putting myself on thin ice by saying this but I think Chairon has that mechanical arm for some unobtrusive amputee representation. Seen a lot of praise from amputee players for this move.

*Crunch*
It's a spaceship damn it, not a prom limousine. If anyone needs me, I'll be in the angry dome.
"Those astartes? Those are the Clark marines little Timmy. Do you remember their battle cry?" - "Shit the bed!" - "Yes Timmy, well done"
The good ol' "I don't know what's going on with this story" after completely ignoring the cutscene.
I always have to watch 'em twice, first to see what they're saying in the cutscene and then to hear what Tom and Ben are saying to each other haha
The Yogscast Guarantee!

9:30 i wish i could draw tom and ben as cherub and servoskull, what a masterpiece it would be if i could get my thoughts onto paper

I like the robot eyes that are like binoculars which extend and retract depending on how far or close the thing you're looking at is.
Ahh. The "Inspector Gadget" Mk-7 model.
Oh no.. Tom and Ben fly now..
they fly now?!
@@JohnBadger17 They fly now.
"Where did we get these???" My lords, you talked right fucking over it lmao
Tom fully incapable of block/parry, as per the Codex.
You shall not block/parry, as it is cowardice. You will face your enemy with strength.
Tom returned a Quarter-thumbs-up without knowing what it means...
The commentary about ship physics makes me want to see these two play space engineers. The resaulting shenanigans would be hours of laughs.

They should make a horror 40k game where you're part of the guard
The first darktide trailer looks like one

This has easily become my favourite series with the warhammer boiis
24:24 well i mean they probebly do but youre seeing them in 3rd person XD
Trying to both watch the cut-scene and listen to Tom and Ben's banter is breaking me.
Love the full play throughs! The game is pretty great!
Robotic arms that can become fish-hands at a moments notice are the bionic for me
good ole "did we do a bad war crime" tom and ben
Hooray for more of Cylon Brother Tom & Oculus Brother Ben!
(I too wish I could replace or enhance my vision with some sweet robo-eyes).

Blessed silence in the comment section!
Except for now. Because I made noise.
