Can confirm... "apple ranch" is the correct term. :o) I never knew that about Doug. I grew up on my grandpa's apple ranch out toward the west end of Tieton Drive. Also around 125 acres. lol
I was intentionally bad at picking, pruning & thinning so my dad had no option left but to put me on a tractor, which is what I wanted. :o)
