The economy is fucked because the only new content they put into the server since 2.0 has been gatekept behind the gang app so anybody who isn't a gang is stuck having to do shit like meth because there's no fucking new content for us to do.
the problem isn't really the economy if anything it should be easier. the concept and idea the server has that you need to grind money/xp/spend so much time as a crew getting a house, getting benches, gang app, leveling up together just to even be able to start roleplaying as a crew. It's a massive investment of grinding just to start a crew and impossible to catch up with other groups. not to mention the server caters to the better shooters with hq heists, meth snitch, etc and the only way to counteract that is too grind even more.
L take, like do you not understand how these economies are supposed to be, it’s supposed to be hard, it’s supposed to be a grind, you shouldn’t be able to start up and within a week you have everything, you’re cooked af, and ofc the GANG missions are more catered to the gangs who shoot and stuff, because that’s a big part of being a gang in RP, the economy is fucked because ppl min max and have nothing to spend money on, no taxes when buying property or cars, no up keep for houses, once you buy it boom it’s yours and you can go bed for 3 months and nothing will happen to it, Gas, food, repairs and medical supplies, that’s literally all you need to pay day to day, the economy is cooked, as bunny said they need money sinks, they need to make it harder to have a lot of money, so you do more in the city, they need limits on amount you can cook meth, amount you can sell like a cooldown, so they go do other things around the city, you’re missing the point of how a economy works, so let’s take your idea of making it all easier, so just to give a example I’ll use levels, so let’s say CG are level 50 if you make it easy, that new gang you’re talking about yes will get to level 50 easily but because it’s easy, CG will already be level 100, if you make things harder, if you have money sinks, yes it’ll take a new gang longer and more effort, but gangs like CG, Hades, ESB it’ll also be harder for them, so they won’t run away with it, you can’t just login to a server and have everything, it’s supposed to take time and effort, that’s the reward of putting in the time and effort Kid
There is no fixing ANY rp server rn. 99% of them all have the same core problems. None of that will change rn. Maybe when gta6 comes out sure but until then it will all be the same stuff.

It wasn't a complaint by cg that got meth nerfed it was people having millions of dollars and the fact that a house sold for 4.6 mill and people made 40 something million selling meth
What are these guys even talking about? Of course a new player to the server isn’t going to be able to buy a $4 million house, why should they be able to do that? Theres no way around that, unless they start new players with more money. Instead of starting them with $10k, start them with $50k, and have that adjust in accordance with the economy. New players should start on the same grind that everyone was in back at the start of Prodigy 2.0, and work their way up. Its not that complicated.
Thing is that a house shouldn't even go for 4.6mil in the first place, that Money shouldn't be that big. If meth wasn't there these houses wouldn't be that expensive and a house is essential for both solo and gangs. It's the first big investment and if it's goes for that much then early game doesn't matter.

If you spend $4.6 million on some trash house thats worth $500,000, that doesn’t mean that now every house should go for $4.6 million, it just means youre a broke moron who paid $4.6 million for a house thats really worth $500,000 lol

it's a grinder/civilion server its ass. you can't give every random bot a bench and allow them to do everything whereas in NoPixel you had to join an official gang to access big criminal activties.

Prodigy need to revamp the visuals the quality is pretty bad. When I look at NP then Prodigy it's like night and day.
