Preorder it already, looks sooooo good, cant wait for it to arrive, it truly looks like a goemon inspired game, but with so many improvements. This game needs to have more media difussion, and i hope it gets a western release even if is just digital so i can recomend it.

Some of them raise our strength. Other items give us extra Life. - In normal stages, we have to free each Japan's prefecture from evil "Matsuri Towers" (or "Festival Towers"). But those towers are protected by some magic field that we can cancel by destroying the evil "Chôchin" (that are Japanese paper lanterns). - In each normal stage, we can collect some souvenirs and some extensive knowledge.
Thanks for the info. Maybe we won't need to know Japanese on the physical that's on play-asia. I'll try it. Thankful for region free as telenet shooting collection took a while for a stealth English release
@@MrVariant Yes, I think that, like Goemon games, this game is also completely playable without understanding Japanese at all. Like Goemon, this is an action game, not an RPG, adventure game or Visual Novel.
@Rudolphhhhhh sure, I'll probably check for options if needed. Hopefully it has autosave. It's under $40 at playasia anyway and hopefully there's a black friday deal when it comes out. I'm also gonna get gensei suikoden plus that at least has English. Limited version is triple the $26 which is crazy.
Please include (or add as a patch) an English text option. I've already preordered, but it would be so much easier to enjoy if you could include English text. Even a quick machine/AI translation would be much appreciated. The game looks like a blast. Excited for it.

日本に住んでいないが、必ず買いますよ。子供のころから「頑張れゴエモン」の大ファンでこのゲームはその懐かしさをくすぐりりますね。
日本全国が舞台で都道府県ごとに特色あるステージっぽくて観光気分っぽくて上がりますね。自分は山形県民だけどこれは銀山温泉がモデルかな？
それとBGMがもう雰囲気「当時」を存分に感じられてめっちゃ良い...昔友達の家でよく遊んでました！素晴らしい楽曲をありがとう！
あのゲームが好きだったので、雰囲気の似てるバケルをとても楽しみにしてます!

「狸や狐は人を化かすが、豊穣神として気まぐれに人を救う」「坂田金時は山姥に育てられた、優しき巨人『金太郎』である」などの前提知識が必要だし、「祓羅太鼓」「悪『祭』退散」の言葉遊びもあるし、あまりにもハイコンテキストすぎる。
