Level of communication and transparency is amazing! I have invested in a couple of properties but I like the more diversified option and the liquidity on a quarterly basis.
I did have a question if there are any homes that are lower income homes for rent ?
Where can we see the most recent dividends for this fund? Say pick a fixed investment amount like $1000. What would it have received over the last 3 disbursements?

Build new like a man. Scavengers buy, renovate and rent, that’s a child’s game, sucking value out of the market. Add to it. Build and create. The world needs more housing and better housing. So gross to be buying up single fams to rent on a large scale. So weak.
Yeah but the system rewards landlords and punishes renters. I don't see that changing. I was a renter for a long time, I've now learned my lesson and have turned into a "mini" landlord by investing in this platform.
