what are these returns like?? how often do they pay out

The fact that they pay out monthly instead of quarterly (like most platforms), and they hold the underlying properties as collateral, this is a great option. As an evergreen fund, the risks are spread out amongst all the borrowers in the fund and not single projects makes this investment safer too.

Level of communication and transparency is amazing! I am investing in few other real estate platforms and I wish they were also running these educational webinars where you can learn about financial results, any products development and meet decision makers inside the company. That's how you build trust with investors.

Of course, real estate is expensive now and no telling what it will do going forward. But I do like rental income coming in.
