The fact that they pay out monthly instead of quarterly (like most platforms), and they hold the underlying properties as collateral, this is a great option.
As an evergreen fund, the risks are spread out amongst all the borrowers in the fund and not single projects makes this investment safer too.
So your telling me if I invest close to 10,000 I should get close to 7 or 8 hundred every month

I’m glad I saw your post because I talked with the customer support team and the said just about the same thing. I will not be investing if I am going to receive that much money a month.
It’s Real Estate. As such. It’s a safer investment because there’s collateral.
Less risk = Less returns.
More risk = More returns.

If that’s the case, you shouldn’t reject this investment opportunity just because you’re “only” making “$70-$90” a month with the amount mentioned ($10k).
You’re averaging $960 a year. That’s pretty good for a safe investment.
It seemed to me you felt this was not a good rate, judging by your original comment. Arrived has been doing great so far.

If that’s the case, you should realize you’d be averaging about $960 a year with the potential for about $1080 a year. That’s pretty good for a safe investment with the amount mentioned above, ($10k).
I took it as you thought it was a bad return based on your comment.
