Hi there. I was thinking about buying one of these for cpap power on a 5 night camping trip. Have you tried it for that purpose? Do you think it’s overkill for that?

Hi there. Ummm. I don’t camp, the only reason why I’m saying that is because I think you want keep your load light I think. Are you doing RV camping? Even though I haven’t tried it with my Bipap, if you only need it for that, I think it would be a bit much but it will give you room to also power other devices. This isn’t a lightweight unit. They have a smaller model the 768Wh.

@@hertechprep it would be camping at a music festival. So the car would be right next to my campsite. Then I would use it as backup for power outages at the house for the most part. I mostly meant have you tested to see how many nights you could use this for cpap. Sorry about that. I realize my question was a bit unclear.

@@phishvolsoh, lol. No problem. I have not tested my Bipap machine with this model but I would say get it. It’s on sale right now for $649. 100 less than what I paid for mine. Just make sure you adjust the settings on the CPAP for best results.
