We’ve just had 2 years of building. Finished our indoor swimming pool this year. Nice to see the progress. I designed everything. Now our pool is being entered into a national pool builders competition. Very proud.

Why? Genuine question. Copper is old school and obviously looks better, but I was always lead to believe polypipe was better in every way except for looks.
@@basilfawlty123 plastic has its uses, but I would never have plastic fittings in concealed areas if it can be avoided. If a plastic fitting fails it's a mess and an expensive problem. If a copper fitting is sound, it'll last for many many decades.

Sometimes I surf Rightmove, looking at houses to buy if I was rich. Years ago I spotted a nice development in Enfield, then later found out Yianni lived there! During lockdown I found a few nice places I could dream about, and OMG I clocked that house in the first few minutes. Great choice Yianni! I was very surprised it was so cheaply built - it looked really nice on the spec and photos. I'm sure Ashville will do a great job. TBH, not only could I not afford the house, but I doubt I could afford the refurb costs either! Probably more than a few Lambos just for Daniel's work...

Glad you're moving the door instead of the stairs. Door needs to be offset from stairs. You're a good guy with good energy. The world needs more people who are positive, kind and real.
You should consider in one side of the upstairs plant room a laundry wash room. For clothes washing bed linen and an Ironing area. As carrying all the family’s laundry down to the ground floor and then back up when cleaned and ironed is a ball ache week in week out. You also will never have piles of clothes left on staircases to go upstairs ever again. Trust me it is well worth doing. Cheers
