    My biggest issue is that even if u want to say “the props are real” u still have to recover evidence. U can’t walk into a kingpins home, take pictures of cocaine and leave. U have to take the coke with u for evidence

      Yeah, Martell's response to them asking why they didn't catalogue the weapons was, "it's not fair I can't physically pick these weapons up to catalogue them how am I supposed to defend that" when in reality Speedy can't pick up the weapons either so how is he supposed to use that weapon. The entire thing was a shit show BECAUSE PD decided they wanted too much and tried to charge props. If I was the defense I would've asked Speedy where he got it which he says from the furniture store when decorating.

      Cuz the cops know that u can’t argue about the props cuz it’s an ooc thing they want to abuse and use everything they got to fuck over speedy and it’s sad that ppl are letting them do that

    If those props are considered real items, give the house owners millions of dolors for all the cash bundles laying around.

    So based on this and cops being able to use props as evidence, could they hold ramees prop money pit room against him for unpaid taxes? Just an example of a hypothetical situation.

      To be fair Ramee has on more than one occasion even right after paying for the Bugatti the other day said that the cash in that room and subsequently in the tunnels was the money shown in his accounts. He even made a joke to the boys about carrying the cash out in bags yo give to Eddie for the car. If it were easier to remove and add dev props like that I think he might honestly have done exactly that to represent it.

      exactly it's kind of dumb that the cops think it's okay to place this in evidence but flip out when the defense trys to argue this evidence as props when it was the prosecution that entered it into evidence in the 1st place lol..

    Pawnshop has an RPG and multiple class 2s on the wall. Ramee has a room full of money in his house. Guess we're going for trial in those cases too?

    • @bradleywesterman4439
      @bradleywesterman4439 2 года назад

      The cops have already seen the mini gun and the cash room in Ramee’s house, but they of course treated them as props. Just like they treat the cocaine at the manor as a prop. Just like how they treat the weed plants in Wu Chang Records as props. For some reason the prop defence that Locksley set up was shut down basically OOC by chief judge Crane after he poisoned the well for the other judges when he shouldn’t even have been involved in the case because he was conflicted by signing off on the raid warrant.

    the three biggest flaws of this courtcase were the cops, failing again to do any real police work, getting only 2 officers involved in a situation that literally needs at least a team 12, and not rping anything to make props useful, cause in the context, it could've been rped out, even medhi said that if the cops did even a small amount of decent investigation rp, getting a doctor and some rp with a lab before the case, they literally could've gotten the biggest bust in 3.0 with the defense being able to do nothing, but instead they got 0 officers involved, took some photos the same day the raid happened, and called it a day, the second flaw, was the judge failed to regulate the court, and let the cops use the dumb evidence, despite being obvious the cops did nothing to make it valid, he didn't throw that evidence out, and let the cops go on about for 5 hours, even though there was more decent evidence in the report that the police failed to mention once, lastly, the fact that there was 0 support towards the defense, since the judge kept not letting them argue the dumb arguments that didn't even make sense, with a sense of disconnection between the defense and the rest of the court, but martell getting thrown out for contempt was funny, so i'll give them that

    Now Speedy will be punished for Props because one of the admin inserted themselves into the situation! Too lazy, too powerful! PD getting away with assumption because of this shit.

  • @paulyguitary7651

    If you are gonna RP as the props being real then RP that you tested them at the time. People have gotten lazy with the /me lately. I honestly feel like they should have rolled for if they were props/tested or not and agreed with what ever outcome came of it rather than admins getting involved. It would have been the fairest way to do it. It would also be hard for anyone to be mad about the outcome.

    • @normanpsycho9627
      @normanpsycho9627 2 года назад +1

      yup, but specially in this courtcase, the judge and the police were lazy, the judge taking seriously something that should've been thrown out court the moment the cops decided to use that as evidence, and the cops for not doing a single hour of detective rp, literally medhi was like if they would've just rped sending to lab, and rping around it, with rolls or getting a doctor to do the whole thing, then waiting for an answer, that would been valid, and speedy would've been screwed, cause situations like this one have happened in the past, but the cops did decent police work and the judge only took the evidence that had been rped

    The sad part is the purpose of this server I thought was RP. The cops could have RP'd much more, they could have interviewed Speedy for more RP. So many missed opportunities to actually play this game the way it seems to be intended. Good content takes some effort. Not just crying and screaming. Speedy works very hard on his characters and role playing.
