That's a pretty toxic mindset honestly that can destroy marriages. For a marriage to work out, sometimes you have to be with your partner for many years. Atleast 3 years of living together in the same home. Otherwise the marriage could break apart. Refusing to have sex until marriage is a good way to make haste decisions and marry someone because you feel the need to have sex with him. I relate to this experiment alot, cuz this happened with me two times, my first boyfriend kept talking me into having sex after just being in relationship for 2 months, and I was not ready.. I mean it's a big thing and you need to be prepared mentally as well after being forced so many times my sister stepped in to help me thank god 🙏 the second time too my second boyfriend kept talking about having sex and how sex can take your relationship to another level...... Like why are you forcing? Can't your partner have a voice to stand??? That's a pretty toxic mindset honestly that can destroy marriages. For a marriage to work out, sometimes you have to be with your partner for many years. Atleast 3 years of living together in the same home. Otherwise the marriage could break apart. Refusing to have sex until marriage is a good way to make haste decisions and marry someone because you feel the need to have sex with him. But if you have sex with your partner before marriage, this fear and rush decision won't be made. Thus you avoid unnecessary trouble. I understand that sex after marriage sounds more fairytale like, but true love doesn't mean you have to marry your partner in order to have sex with him.
I mean people have different opinions . I respect your point of view . For me i don't think it's about having high expectation or fantasies . It's about marrying someone that i really love and someone who truly loves me the same way as i do. Not because we have great physical chemistry . I personally think that when you sexually expose to each other it makes huge attraction between the couple .So you don't really know are you loving this person because of emotional and spiritual connection or because of sexual and physical connection . Only thing you know is you want this person . But to make the marriage work you need high amount of emotional and spiritual connection .To be honest i don't view sex as a just physical satisfaction . It's about making a soul to soul connection with the right person .So in my opinion it's completely pure. Just for one person in a life time thing. If you are afraid that there's a misunderstanding between spiritual and physical connection, marriage won't solve this problem. What will solve it is to take a test drive so to say. Live with the one you believe could become your husband in the same home the entire day for like 2-3 years. Live like you would if you were married. In those 2-3 years difficulties and challenges will surely come. If you can overcome them together, then there's no mistaken it that it's true love and not just some addiction to the physical connection
