Hutchison frequencies and MINNOWS

During the BP oil disaster John Hutchison and I traveled to the Gulf of Mexico in a borrowed old farm pickup truck that hauled a borrowed cargo trailer filled with Hutchison audio and RF equipment.
When went from shore to shore on private property using the Hutchison equipment to remediate the BP oil pollution. Independent scientists tested water before and after at each location. 100% success.
The above video is when we were at Sportsmans Lodge in Eastpoint Florida. It is AMAZING to actually SEE the harmonics of the radio frequencies and how the minnows participate. This had been a DEAD tidal creek before we arrived. The day we left there were more fish in the creek than water.

sometimes It's electrostatic Waves on the water and it can even make small Sky pumps
