How did Pinkie manage to return to the top like she did? I know it's relevant, but having something separate to show how she returned would've been nice. Pinkie's death was both unnecessary and done badly, there were a multitude of ways you could have made it better than having her simply not make it. Just turning the characters into ".exe" doesn't make a whole lot of sense due to that they're just demonic forces expressed into a video game. Unless Sonic.exe was self aware of this and does this purposefully, there was no reason to make any other characters ".exe" Making them corrupt would have been sufficient. (Can be forgiven if you simply wanted to make a theme out of it, but I still think it's weird) The fight with Sonic.exe himself was anticlimactic, the fight against "Pinkamena.exe" was much more tense in that all of the stages were put together well and chained better than just having more projectiles shot at you and throwing bombs. (Although your continuous usage of the past bosses was dull in both) Ahh, the old "Have the characters be told the silent protagonist's name and wait to reveal it during a confrontation with someone important in a falling action" cliche... Not really a sin, but hey, opinions can be made that I think it wasn't the best course of action, as this is an excuse to skip out on many ways we can view Dragon's perspective on the matter rather than just seeing some body language during playtime as he... plays himself in a game? I didn't watch the whole thing but I might, it looks like making this was quite time consuming.
