This is why I haven’t been able to stick to bullet journaling when I really want to but it has to be perfect. I really do think it stems from childhood as well. I recently found one of my report cards from year 3 and my teacher wrote something along the lines of “She is a perfectionist and it stops her from getting her work done”.
Literally the same thing happens to me, I'll be fine during the day and the minute I'm about to go to bed every thought in my head turns into anxiety haha sending you lots of love!!!! xx
@SophieJayne - Re: crazy thoughts in the middle of the night… in the book ‘The Chimp Paradox’ the professor mentions that your logical brain switches off between 11pm and 7am… that’s why everything feels harder/more emotional/more dramatic in the night, because your brain can’t switch from the chimp (or emotional) brain… that’s why people say “it’ll all look better in the morning” because that’s when your logical brain switches back in! Helps when I have mental night thoughts, hopefully it helps anyone reading this too 😊

Even if my partners in my bed too, it’s him i’m cuddling all night, it’s such a comfort so i know exactly how you feel 🐻🫶🏼
With sleep everyone needs different amounts as everyone is different some people need 8 or more some people only need 6 it depends on ur body but the thing is if you over sleep it can make u more tired in the long run so when your body naturally wakes up sometimes it’s better to just wake up rather then go back to bed
I have always had the worst nightmares (multiple throughout every night), my imagination honestly goes wild in the worst way I actually don't know how I get through the day because its definitely not restful sleep
1 thing about samba is you have to wear longer socks not the no show socks cause you might get blisters at the back of the feet. Make sure to wear socks that covert the back of your feet.
