Why is Ardell only responding to the positive comments on here? As a company, they should address all their customers concerns and issues instead of ignoring them. It's very poor customer service.

Oh thank you adrell !!?..please please come out with some more magnetic lashes !!! I been having allergic reactions to any type of false lash glue and my false lashes are everything to me. I was so sad I couldn't wear any lashes but now I tried the magnetic lashes and no reaction!!!thank you !!! Life saver 😚

These lashes are great! You have to practice a lot. Please don't give up! Also I had to cut mine to make them fit me and look more natural! So practice and work with them and you will love them 😃

Dude I cut mine and REALLY GIVE UP !!! I just want my money back or a swap...but I can’t because of Hygiene. In addition the one with the applicator doesn’t work...the applicator is too strong tHat it pulls the whole eyelash off...maybe it’s because I didn’t use mascara but I don’t want them dirty. Was this really worth $25...idk. But when you look at the materials i might of mistaken it for a $5 lash set of 2.

I love the Ardell Mechanical Brow Pencil. I use to use an ELF pomade, but now that I’ve used the pencil, I don’t see myself ever going back to a pomade!
I tried these but I had to return them .They were missing magnets therefore they did not work.I really wish they had worked because they are so pretty.

Omg! These are amazing bc the magnets are so small. HOWEVER, please make them for smaller eyes. The only way the look normal is if I cut a bit off the end but then there is no magnet to hold my ends down and together. Maybe add extra magnets at the outer ends or just make regular and small size 😊😉. Love the half ones so far, makes me want to wear lashes everyday 😊

I just bought these and I hope I dont have issues getting them on...everyone seems to think they are a pain the ass!
If you hold the top strip with your fingers or plastic tweezers against your lash line and apply bottom with other hand they go on easy I have three pair of these but I'll admit I first learned with a half strip not full strip.

I got mine last night. I tried them today.. didnt work. is it just I need more practice? it looks so easy when this model does it.
I only recently stumbled upon this style by ardell and I wish they would bring back the 4th magnet to help me. Each set I purchased only has 3 on each lash and either the inner crease or outer always starts to slide. Any suggestions?

I love these!! I don’t understand why most people find them so hard to apply??? It’s so easy, and you don’t have to worry about them coming loose, plus you can re use them for a long time since no mascara is needed on them, you only need to apply mascara to your own lashes before applying the magnetic ones, great new thing!!!!
I bought two sets, each with their own want. The set with the split lowers works. The other set is too magnetized and won’t release from the pink magnetic applicator wand
I bought the ones that come with the eyeliner and it´s so dry I cannot draw a line over my upper lashes, let alone two like you are supposed to...am I doing something wrong, has it expire? Please help!!

Is it OK to cut the bottom lashes for better application?
I found mine at walgreens about 13.99 took me half an hour to place one set of lashes in one eye. takes practice also its hard my lashes are short and straight down :( but they are reusable so i will keep try i am sure I'll get the hang of it ... they dont feel heavy at all they feel just like falsies ... and they dont pull on your eyelashes they slip off easy to take off
I m having problem trying to keep the top part on first. It keeps falling off. What is the easy way and do I have to pop it mascara on first before applying. HELP ME. This is something new for me

How does the first top lash will stay put?
Yeah maybe zoom into your lashes and show everyone where they actually sit which is no where near the lash line on the edges. These are am absolute nightmare to use!
Yes I agree that's why I'm here and I tried that method it don't work and I'm seriously about to take them back but I'm going to try the young ladies method that said try put them at the bottom first and then see what happens

I love these i just got these, i applied them so easily.
Take out the eyelashes
Put some mascara on.
Rest the top layer on the top lashes
The under tilt them down so they will click to the top ends on both sides then bend them up and merge then together.
It took me 15 minutes.
If your patient its easy. If your not these are so not for you.
You can see she has a tiny but of glue
I mean You can put drops of glue between the magnets but dont over due it because the magnets wont stick
Well, the whole concept is being based on NO need of glue
Can we get a close up? We can't tell how they look on the lash line. I just got a pair of the 110. It took me like 15mins to get 1 on. It looked decent enough, but the inner Corner still sticks out. I'm hoping with practice I can get it to look better. I'm not giving up yet because they feel super comfortable and I'm hoping to figure out how to get that inner corner to lay properly with my lash line. Just about all RUclipsrs are giving thumbs up on the accent lashes, I think I'm going to buy those and hopefully that will be my solution to the struggle!

These are impossible to put on. I have tried multiple times and with nothing for them to stick to they don't work . Waste of 14.00
Probably, like traditional eyelashes, they are long and need to be cut. I have done it. I cut them leaving 3 magnets. the application is so easy! You should try it!

African Girl yes they are crap and a waste of money. Most people have been cutting them. So there is on magnet on each piece. There are you tube videos on how to do it. But for me s waste of money and time.Good luck🙃
Thanks. I usually only do the glued eye lashed for my Birthday once a year. I like the easy peel on and of lashes, so my natural lashes can be saved. I will look and try out glue less lashes and see which one is best.

I love these lashes but the one problem I've found is the magnet comes off after a few uses which drives me insane. are there any tips to keeping the magnets on the Lash?
K girl......I can’t get these to go on properly at all. Either the inner corner sticks out or doesn’t hold my inner lashes. You can adjust them once they are stuck together so it takes hours to try and get the exact right angle. How the heck do you get the lashes to just balance on your lash line perfectly???? Mine are NOT doing that.

I love these now that I know how to put them on. Like the past comments say, applying mascara before is extremely necessary. I just wish the directions on the box explained that. 😩😩
why is that? I had applied mascar as I already went out, but shouldnt we be able to forego mascara with these things?
The full strips are really a lot more complicated to apply in real life. I find I have more luck with the accents instead. Still pretty hard to get it so close to the lash on the outer corners but a little eyeliner and mascara in a true black helps fill the visual gap. As a person who hates false lashes due to the weight and not wanting glue near my eyes these were a godsend.
I tried for more than an hour to get these to 'pop on' like this. They will not 1. Lay close to lash line without falling off. 2. The corners never get close to the lash line. 3. They are hard to adjust once the magnets close. I admit, I hated traditional lashes, but come on, this is a whole FIGHT to get these on, and I STILL haven't gotten it right once. I feel like ARDELL is trolling because I haven't even seen ONE youtube reviewer get these right without some alteration or some such. Ardell wyd?

I never see easy reviews for magnetic lashes in general. I HAVE seen good reviews about the accent lashes though, BUUUUUT those are pretty intense so idk if I want to even try those.
There is a 46 second video on here (type in ardell magneti lashes) and they show you how to cut them and apply them much easier than this, it works.
I'm with you! They are impossible to put on and if you do get them on they're like hanging on halfway down your Lash and look ridiculous. this video is very misleading.

double wispies are good for small eyes no trimming?
We suggest trying our Double Demi Wispies, they are slightly shorter and taper out at the ends.
Practice practice practice! You have to have mascara on first, it make the processe a littler easier. However don’t think your going to pop them on as quickly as she did. It took me at least 30 minutes for them to look the way I wanted them to. I don’t wear lashes often but wanted to give these a try.

These only work properly if you snip the 4th magnet off the end of the lash. The magnets make it too heavy for them to sit on to the lash line, 3 is only needed. That is what I have found when they arrived today in the post. And another interesting thing I saw when watching this video she used a Ardell Mascara so that could of been the reason why it didn't work.
Some other branded magnetic lashes do have their own mascara that helps them stick to your own lash line, so maybe we need to buy that mascara that has a ingredient that helps it sustain more? anyone agree?

My two cents:
1) Apply mascara first!!!! it will help the top falsie hang on better
2) cut the falsies in two pieces! It's impossible to put on the whole thing in one go, unfortunately...
3) these falsies won't work if you have very little real lashes, or none.
They take some dexterity, lol it’s a fight for sure but after you get them on it’s worth it!
The magnets on the ones from Amazon were annoyingly strong. The magnets on these aren't strong enough. Pressing them together they barely stick and then inch themselves off my lash line with every blink. I'm over this failed trend.

I’d prefer not to wear mascara with them if possible. Do you have to wear mascara with them? Are the magnets too obvious if you don’t wear mascara with them?
We do suggest to apply coat of mascara on your natural lashes prior to lash application. This helps keep the lashes in place.

Why is everyone cutting the bottom lash in the hacks- wouldn't the break in the lash be easier to hide if u cut the top lash?
