    10 SET EMOM workout.
    When the minute starts,
    you do the whole set.
    Use the remainder of the minute
    to rest. When the next
    minute starts, repeat the set.
    Do that 10 times.
    The exercises in this workout:
    4 Burpees (modified)
    6 Front kick sit-throughs x 10
    5 Knee push-ups
