Nolan McCarthy, trust me the country had pushed for major labour law reforms, i lived in Qatar all my life, i've seen new accommodations and better health conditions, i know its sad that they were treated poorly, but trust me they are in better conditions now and i've seen it myself

It’s a small World Cup. Only 28 teams. The 2026 World cup is supposed to have 48 teams which would make it the largest ever. That might be why they didn’t require the Qatar stadiums to be massive.
