Currently, the right to contraception is protected by two landmark Supreme Court decisions, Griswold v. Connecticut (1965) and Eisenstadt v. Baird (1972). In Griswold, the Court recognized that the constitutional right to privacy encompasses the right of married people to obtain contraceptives. That was under the Warren Court, and the current SCOTUS hates everything the Warren court did (including Roe v Wade).

The answer to where all the missing top secret docs went that Trump has.... including nuclear secrets which Kusher over 4 times tried to sneak past the pentagon watchdogs and stop him from giving to the Saudi's... is not hard to figure out. Trump is literally not smart enough to carry out secret plans. And why bother, he has never had an issue with commiting blatant fraud, and not coming out richer for it, even when caught. Trump University, Trump Airlines, Trump Casino, Trump Towers suddenly getting 1/2 a billion invested just as he was about to lose everything due to all his businesses going bankrupt. and then despite not other banks willing to give Trump any money having defaulted on loan after loan, and him pocketing the money from the businesses he invested the banks money in. Somehow he still walks away with the money he literally just pocketed instead of putting it into his business the loan was supposedly for. But then suddenly just as Trump is going down, he magically get 1/2 a Billion to pay off his loan back interest, etc, and at the same time, the heads of the Russian mafia all move into the Trump tower appartment, middle floor. Again, nothing sus here...
Seriously though, in regards to the docs. Kushner spent his entire time in the white house doing deals as the Saudi's lap dog, and as soon as Trump's terms end, immediately Trump gets a giant gulf tournament hosted at his resort by the Saudi's putting well over $100 million dollars in profit into his pocket. And then $2 Billion is magically infested in Kushners overnight formed investment firm, where he just decides where to spend $2 billion dollars, the Saudi's probably expet that they will never see a dime of that money back... and that is the entire point isn't it. How to pay off Trump and Kushner for services rendered while they both did the Saudi's bidding in the White House. Remember when the Saudi's literally carved up a Washtington Post reporter and shoved him into a suitcase they brought back to Saudi to dispose of his body in the most disrepsectful way for his family, and new wife who was left suddenly with no husband/father. And Trump literally goes on TV, with all the reporters around him, and says how amazing it is that the Saudi's are going to buy some of Americas most advanced weapons, and how many billions they are spending. Doesnt' that just sum up the Trump family. Pure narcastic greed, with zero, and I mean absolutely zero humanity in them.... How much do you think Trump cared about that reporter being murdered by the guy he is trying to steal nuclear secrets for...
I mean yea, where are those documents, why is there no investigation happening. Likely the same reason Epstein was never allowed to speak in his court case, the same reason why Trump is likely going to get out of 4 crimes he commited, including a literally attempt to overthrow the US government sending his Maga cult to the captial in an attempt to keep him in power after he lost the election.
Why does the media not even cover such stories, why does the FBI, Homeland, etc not investigate this, where are those documents? Did Trump copy or send the Saudi's any documents? Part of the issue i think is the only person who can really order that investigation is the head of the FBI, or Homeland, and or Biden. And Biden is so old he likely thinks that if he asks for that issue to be investigated it will be someting FOX news can then turn around and say 'see Biden's witch hunt' all these criminal charges are false... But at this point who cares. Trump is already pushing that narrative, and it is already workingon his base... So stop bending over to try to be 'better then the right', this is a fight for democracy, freedom, and for America as the country is was meant to be, the country that the majority want it to be, and Biden is so protected, so gone, he can't even comprehend the danger that is happening right now. Biden cares more about thinking he deserves to be president after doing 'his time' under other presidents, etc. That he would rather risk losing to Trump because people think he is too senile, then let a better Democratic candidate run for office...

Everybody is talking about the Supreme Court and how terrible it is that they're delaying the trial by a few months, but I blame the attorney General who sat on his hands for a couple years until he finally decided to name a special counsel. This is on Merrick Garland.
Garland failed to follow investigative best practices; he should have opened a case starting on the evening of 1/6 - instead he just blew it off; and here we are.
Merrick Garland was not in office on 1/6. That was the day his selection was announced. He was formally nominated when Biden assumed office on the 1/20/21, and wasn't confirmed by the senate until March. He was sworn into office on March 11th.
He did not appoint a special prosecutor until Nov 2022. That's 8 months. But during those months congress was doing its investigations and depositions. So basically an investigation was in progress. Not sure what took the special counsel so long given that a ton of work had been done for them already.

The Supreme Court ruled a few years ago that corporations are people too. Corporations are only sentences on paper. Sentences are made up of words. When you think about it, words are made up of letters. So does that mean letters are people too?
Incidentally, corporations were invented to not die, so they would outlive the people that created them.

How about just showing the vitamin information on foods again? As a wheelchair user who may have no other option other than IVF (won’t know for certain until after tests but not at that point in life yet) it is extremely dumb that it’s even an argument anywhere. I have friends who have wonderful families that were only possible because of it and there are many others who don’t have another option. The US political landscape is truly an atrocity to anyone trying to live a happy fulfilling life.
Use your vote and protect your rights, I hope your state doesn't fall down the crazy hole and you get to enjoy the family I'm sure you deserve.

First rule of America is realizing that the law of this land applies only to the poor.
The ideas is that you can't prosecute him without a full impeachment. But the defense during the impeachment is that they didn't want to punish him without a proper trial. This in effect creates conditions where he cannot be prosecuted or impeached, which is very convenient for the GOP.

Wouldn't labeling "healthy" foods be super hard because dietary needs differ from person to person? I get excluding anything with particularly poisonous ingredients and stuff like that, but high sodium or fat potentially being blacklisted seems weird to me.
No, like 97% of our food is high calorie, nutritionally deficient, cancerous poison, and most would be banned in many other nations as it's sold on the US.
