The guitars, vocals, rythm and whole song construction for me has a really strong Paradise Lost feeling. I love PL and this band bought me with this song :).

Yesss, Ghost structures much if their instrumentals the same way. Guitars playing off of each other and against. Reminds me of Ghost too but somehow better, more powerful, and more menacing.
@Maria M It doesnt sound exactly like ghost but the songwriting, guitar riffs and especially the supporting synth would not sound out of place one bit if ghost came up with this instead of TVB. not ragging on them or calling them copycats, just an observation. This to me is better than ghost.
I like more the way they do the chorus live, like in Hellfest with some high notes, i am a little bit disappointed that in the studio version they don't do the same way.
such a shame they are not so... unique/genuine on stage. it's a very special genre they play and i dare say they nailed it perfectly from the musical point of view, but they don't act like they should on stage. i mean... it should be more solemn, it should be a more controlled madness ... they don't feel the characters they play when they get all dressed up like in the 20's-30's and put that make-up. just act like the DARKNESS. you are evil incarnate. you are a bit mad, a bit lost/not yourself. damn ....

Have you seen some of their other stuff, they get pretty theatrical. This video is pretty dull though.
