I just love how this video is filmed. We never really see the whole of something, or if we do it's through intense light filters. I kept craning my neck, trying to peek around it, trying to see everything...but couldn't. It was like a video of half-rememberings, dreams that seem real and then start to vanish the more you try to concentrate on them. And knowing the backstory of Alcest, I'm fairly certain this is the exact effect Neige wanted. Love everything about this!

Humans are connected beings. Your life reaches to others in ways you might not be able to realize. Life is always worth living. But choosing to live is beyond some people's ability. To me, this represents the climax of Neige's creative evolution. A true journey to another world. The video is perfect in realising the dreamlike visions that Alcest weaves. A higher quality version would be great.

Neige mentioned an amber glow in the Alcest world; this was probably his way of trying to portray that. I imagine that it has more significance to Neige than it does to somebody like we RUclips commenters, who don't experience the personal touch there. Neige called his world his "real home, in a way". He certainly portrays it, but perhaps the personal touch is a bit too strong in this video for something generally accessible. I can't help but respect that, though. A lot.

Don't really know if this seems legit... However, I watched this video stoned.... and realised it is exactly like old, mystical fairytales written by Elsa Beskow. The video plays with our imagninations: the forestlands gives a feeling of safeness and warmth still what to us are inknown, the video continues with mysteriousness of what's actually true. Don't really know if this seems legit...
However, I watched this video stoned.... and realised it is exactly like old, mystical fairytales written by Elsa Beskow. The video plays with our imagninations: the forestlands gives a feeling of safeness and warmth still what to us are inknown, the video continues with mysteriousness of what's actually true. But the ending explains to us you can be only human and still play as you were a child.
