I love how time actually passed as he made this. Thank you for showing this Mikey. I’ll definitely try this out! 😊
I've been making this recipe all during the holidays! its great to entertain family cause the hand stretching always amazes people!! this is a great update to your older video!
Chinese people are some of the most inventive and clever people on the planet. I have absolute respect for them, wether it comes to engineering or cooking, or manufacturing, just amazing! I am going to make this dish, Thank you! For sharing the method and recipe!
These videos are so great. I have celiac disease so I can't eat flour or soy sauce (and sadly miss out on so many of my favorite dishes), so having videos like this make it really easy for me to recreate with gluten-free flour and soy sauce!
Oh wow. I’m mesmerized!! It looks so delicious I have to try making this!
I love watching Mikes video's,he make everything he eats look delicious.
I can’t waited to try this noodles! Thank you for sharing your Grandma recipe!
Hey Mike, 🤗
I'm used to seeing you "eating" not cooking but hey you're really good at cooking. Great job Mike 👍

Two hours of resting time plus mixing and stretching...something you can't start when you're already hungry!😁
@@greta9068 LOL some take out dishes has more oil than he used.
@@DivinelyBlessed718 true!
I made this today, and it was a hit!! Thankyou for sharing this DELICIOUS recipe!
Woooow! Just made DanDan Mian using your recipe and it was excellent! Mum and Dad enjoyed it so much! Now this one, I can't wait to make hand-pulled noodles! I used to get this in a Chinese restaurant twice a week when I was in Chengdu! Thanks Mikey! You are amazing! You don't just cook but you also give joy! Keep cooking! :)
Made this following your recipe, thanks Mikey! It'll be a regular
I am drooling... Cannot wait to try these noodles!
I’m eating a massive bowl of ramen with chicken and vegetables as I watch this video, and your making me hungry for those noodles. That’s impressive! Great video. Thanks. Will try making those noodles soon.
I miss your cooking classes!!! Hope this channel hasn't ended.
Lml i love his humor...he said just pull off the cover that's what my mom used to do to me
Already tried this recipe from your other chanel. My fam looooves it. Thanks for the updated version.
Thank you, Mike. You made it look so easy to do. I will definitely give it a try.
Wow. Thanks for showing us this recipe.
How do you save the other dough balls? Can you freeze them?
I was waiting for you to redo this one for a long time now. cant wait to try it out!
life changing noodle... I'll give it a shot nxt time I'm in the kitchen.
Ok I try it myself now. Because you always make me hungry while watching you devour a whole table of food.
I made this for tonight's dinner! My noodles didn't look too good (I pulled the noodles too much and they ripped) but they tasted delicious! They paired perfectly with beer. Everyone liked them, so I'll have to make them again.
I've always wanted to taste these noodles since I've seen them on your video's, they look so good! And before I die (I'm 65 soon to be 66 lol) I'm going to make these.
Thank you for your recipes & how to's Mikey!
Warning: don't watch this video without food prepared in front of you
I’m going to make this my family’s next interactive dinner with our induction burner on the table so everyone can boil their own noodles. Can’t wait!
Mouth watering Mike!!!❤️❤️
This looks really good and I love the simplicity of the ingredients. But could you come over and make them for me?
Wow, I will try this recipe! Thanks!!!
Such a joy to watch
Thanks for sharing your recipe! I dont think we can get these noodles here in Norway, so I have to make them my self! :D

Why do I watch your videos when I'm starving! lol
I would like to see you eat that wrapped around a broccoli! Great video. Definitely going to have to try making those.
That’s really nice! Thank you Mic!
oh yum!!!!!!!!! you looked like a reverse fax machine mike, when you were noshing those lovely noodle! well done!
Pho the love of food! Please, please post another video. I am missing them.
Oh wow that looks delicious!
I love this channel!
Wow timing, I just attempted this from your previous video a few days ago, though I don't think I had enough oil on the dough, it stuck together and the noodles ended up very uneven... still super tasty though! Going to have to give this another try :)
Hey Mikey... Love from India... have been a fan of you(mostly jealous) since a while now....
Some of the ingredients are hard to find in India... Will normal indian vinegar work for chinese vinegar? And same goes for the Sesame oil as well...
Can't wait much to try out this dish.... *Already Slurping*
Awesome video!
Thank you so much!
I give this a thumbs up for something I like.
Good recipe - amazing job, Mike! Question: can you make these ahead of time? Ie. Either freeze the dough or refrigerate the pulled noodles?
Im not Mike but I wouldn't do it because they taste the best fresh, and I'm not sure how they would be after freezing.
Makes sense. Thank you for your reply!
I love noodles I like Pho the most it’s great with Siracha and hoisin sauce
I was wondering when the next PTLOF video was gonna be! Hi Mike!
Wahooo superr i love it, you are my reference for the food and vlog
love your cooking vid's
That looks sooooooo good... yum.
You must get on Food Network, would be amazing!
Love this channel, Mike!
Hey Mikey, in your other Biang Biang noodle recipe, you had 2 cups of flour and 1 tsp of salt. Was that a mistake? Should I use 2 tsp of salt for 2 cups of flour?
Mikey, can you teach how to make Chinese steamed buns?
can't wait to make it!
I hope he cooks it in his bathroom next
★★★★★ Outstanding, thank you so much
Just finished eating "Popeye" chicken and rice hack! But mouthwatering! LMAO will try this recipe
What cooking oil do u use?
I think it's time you put out a cookbook.
My grandma taught me to make noodles to. Yum, yum get into my tum, tum..., lol...
I had to go back and check what you said " when WE redo OUR kitchen? Any other news? Yummy noodles!
Could you make spicy cumin lamb with these noodles tutorial? The kind like that popular xian food store in NY? I live states away & would love try making it.
Wow wow wow Mikey!
So I'm attempting to make this and even though I've only put in 3/4 cup of water to 2 cups of flour it STILL seems so much more sticky and wet than yours!
I'm using bread flour... am I doing something wrong?
Omg I have the same exact picture in my living room as well
this noodle is widely cook in Malaysia, but i think Malaysian make it more variety and texture.
Oh, how I miss eating regular noodles. Is there a GF version of these beautiful noodles?
Looks delicious to me :)
I want some
I can't believe you said it's better than ramen 😲
I
LOVE
NOODLES
I have a question: if it's the salt and oil that makes the noodle elastic and strong (won't break), then will regular all-purpose flour do? Or is there something about bread flour that makes it a better choice than all-purpose? Thanks in advance. :)
ditzpangilinan bread flour is higher in protein so better for stretching and holding together but I’ve made this with APF with some success while letting the roller do a little extra work before pulling
I guess that's why I read of some recipes adding egg to all-purpose flour to make noodles? Thank you for your explanation! ^_^
Does it have to be bread flour? Or CM I use all purpose flour?
If you want the best elasticity, you have to use bread flour.
What if u dont have bread flour? Which is an alternative?
@@fadingdandelion4792 Noodle/Dumpling flour. If you don't have bread flour or that get the all purpose flour with the most protein.
Can you make in advance if you lightly cover in flower after you get your length and strands?
My mom is allergic to wheat/gluten, can you substitute part mochi flour part plain flour
next episode on the roof
Yumyum
I had to get something to eat... :)
You are so cute seriously... I’m married but you’re my RUclips Chinese American husband 😆. I’m so desperate for some good noodles, I’m going to try this!!!
The next set will be the bedroom 😂
Interesting how it's good etiquette to slurp food in an Asian setting and extremely bad form everywhere else. OMG I love the reaction of non-Asians who experience slurping for the first time.😂LOL...comical. This never ending noodle dish makes slurping almost unavoidable. Here's to slurping pure deliciousness Mike Chen.
Does it taste the same as 刀削面?
There's a biang biang place down the street from my house. I love it when I'm cheating on my low carb diet.
Looks great! I’m going to try it. The background music in the video has to GO! 😝
two thumbs up 👍👍
Well done 🐶
Mikey Chen the Guy Fieri to Asian food
Great 👌👍
what brand of chili pepper flakes are those
FYI oil doesn’t boil so if anyone is trying this recipe don’t wait for the oil to boil because it won’t, it’ll burn and smoke instead.

R.I.P THIS CHANNEL
Please add new recipes. This is one of my favorite channels of your bakers dozen or so channels you have. I'm subscribed to them all. From BS 1 & 3, Eat with Miley, Mike Chen, Strictly Dumpling, Awesome Toy Review, The Friendly Brain, TheChenNews, Pho the Love of Food, The Chen Dynasty, ( the great wall one that I know you left) and whatever else I may not be thinking off off the top of my just woke up brain.
Please I implore you to add a recipe at least twice a month. AT LEAST.
once a week would be great. Can be SS simple as making a proper cup of tea to quick snacks or lessons about ingredients or gadgets plus recipes that require more steps like this noodle one.
This channel has fallen to the low rings of the ladder in my subscribed channel line up because You Tube shows then in the order of upload frequency.
So PLEASE. ADD MORE CONTENT. MORE OFTEN. Maybe do a stagger schedule. A simple 5 to 10 minute recipe like basic tea making or types of tea,
Or differences in Asian condiments, as great mini tutorial cooking Vlogs To more extensive tutorial Vlogs like scratch noodles, making ramen broth, how to make Gyoza, How to make Pho, etc.

wow!!!!
...I think we’ll just use my homemade hot oil (of course your recipe, but with a few tweaks)
Do you even bite your food? That first bite was my entire meal
