In Buenos Aires, after the riff, Matt even said that they'd turn it in a song for the next tour. This chant intro is very likely the intro to the song Will of the People that features that heavy riff.

Tim whoever needs to get over himself. None of these ideas are original. This isn’t something he can win a court case over.
