Bought the 95 fox and love it. I'm 80 kg use it with 7.2 down to 5.0 size sails. Good 32 cm fin comes with it but went to a 34cm for the 7.2. As said, this board shines in heavy chop, and always keeps you in control, gybes nice too.
Great video, just have a few points about the 95 Fox. The 95 no longer has cutouts on the bottom of the tail, older 95 did have, but newer ones don't. I was told it gives better control without them. Also 95 Fox has footstrap pugs in the middle as well if you prefer to ride with single strap in the back.
I have the 105 and loving it, it has improved my skills as a windsurfer have had some really cool sessions, and the funny thing is that I really feel I have not exploited the board's real potential yet. I do have a question - how does this board compare to the Isonic (or even the Futura), specially in terms of speed. The spot I sail most of the time has moderate/low chop, so was thinking for a 113 liters Isonic to get some bigger numbers on the GPS, specially since they both have the same sail range 6.0 - 7.8
Hi, thanks for getting in touch. The Isonic is in a league of it's own in terms of speed but it is a much more technical board to sail. The Futura and Fox are more comparative. It's hard to say with no figures to back me up however from my own findings (the rest of the Tushingham Sales Team agree) that top end speed is similar, the Futura will get planing earlier as it's wider and the Fox handles chop better. I hope this helps!
@@tushinghamsalesltd Thank you for the reply really appreciate it! Can I ask you to elaborate on the "much more technical" comment? This is comparing a 105 liter 65 width Fox, with a 113 liters 67 width Isonic. My assumption is that the Fox handles chop much better than the Isonic, but on lighter wind days (with less chop) this advantage is gone and it makes much more sense to use an Isonic. Is jibing and high-speed control much harder to do on the bigger Isonic? sorry if too many questions :)
Hi I bought the 2021 Fox 105 in October 2022 and have not used it yet. Is it very demanding and easy to ride or is it more for advance? I was ill for a 6 months this is why I have not used it.

Thanks for the info! You're correct, as the 95 has a much smaller tail it offers more control without compromising top speed.

Hi, is for you better the SEVERNE Fox or the Staboard Futura? Thank you
@@hx7336 Hi! Unfortunately I have not tried the Futura, that's why I am asking if they can compare the fox to the futura/isonic

Hi Ronald, It's certainly easy to ride. The fox is very progressive so you can push it as hard as you like!
Foot strap position for an intermediate for this board?@@tushinghamsalesltd
