I was lucky enough to be there ( I live about 30 mins from Glastonbury- we say 'Glastonbry' or just 'Glasto'). It was the Saturday night headliner on the main stage there- the whole set was epic but particularly part of ethnic encore when the Edge from U2 joined them as they covered 'Where the Streets have no name'- you can find it in the same place you got this one!
It's an led pad / midi controller on his guitar that's connected to something called a kaoss pad. Basically a kinda DJ touchpad, just connected to what the guitar is doing. It's on some of his custom Manson guitars
