Great video. I came across it looking for tips on replacing the drivers door glass. Could not find anything. Two tips I figured out. 1) You have to remove the regulator to get the new glass in. 2) There is a 10mm bolt that secures the bottom of the front guide. Take this out to enable getting the new glass in the front and rear guides, push the glass all the way up and tape the window to hold it up. Put it all back together.
Thanks great video! I had problem getting that one window bolt back in that’s behind the panel. Ended up taking the speaker screws loose and speaker out. Let the window down really slow after rest of the bolts were in place until I could get to that last window bolt easily. Great part works great so far! This step by step video is why I bought y’all’s part thanks a lot!
What stops the motor so you don't have an overrun, I can see what looks like a thermal trip? How to check this as I had an overrun and the rubber drive bush has torn!
Why don't you replace the motor at this time? I clicked on this assuming it was the motor and don't see the problem with the regulator, what am I missing?
