Very well done! I personally can not stand videos where the creator seems more interested in getting their face shape n the screen than showing me what I have come to look at. I don’t care what they look like or what colour their skin is; and I can’t understand why they would think I do:
I thought One Uptown is an expensive place to live, but after calculating the daily rent, well, the price is not bad. Even cheaper than most hotels. I should recommend this to friends the next time stroll around BGC. ❤ I love the night life there, especially that we're proof that Filipinos love to eat lol 😂 P.S. Have you tried Mendokoro Ramenba at Mitsukoshi? Highly recommended! 🍜🙌

I have a condo at Uptown Parksuites T2 and while i still live in California i watch a lot of BGC stuff when im missing home. I go home yearly and stay for a month or two now that i am retired. BGC indeed is a beautiful place to be living in, the convenience, safety, food, shops are just extraordinary. Thank you!!
@InandOutofVegas that $625 monthly rent including good amenities (probably not internet, water and electric but still) is expensive in Thailand? Then, Philippines wouldn't ever beat Thailand. But if that is the average rent in the Philippines it's not bad either.
I wouldn't say average rent in the Philippines in general because I'm speaking about BGC which is an area a bit more expensive than other places😊@@miguelbalisi9952
Uptown is a great neighborhood. Very near Serendra and several walkable parks. Im curious if you’ve gone to Mitsukoshi mall , the first Japanese mall in PH, its just a stone throw away from uptown mall 😊 and i hope u get to try Hyatt buffet 😅
The slum area at the back of sm aura will be relocated soon, that area consist of 10 barangays (filipino subdistricts) are now belong to taguig city from makati city lgu before. BGC will become bigger and better and some adjacent cbds in the future will follow the system of bgc overall.

I did go to that Japanese mall! Very nice! I didn't get the chance to try the buffet though

Loves the area, we stayed at Uptown Parksuites last month while we visited Manila, restaurants, shops just steps away.
It's really such a great place to stay. Everything is there!
