Well over a month ago I came across this band [and members within the band] and wow, the talents and beauty are fantastic. It becomes obvious all of these musicians are very serious and talented. Love it and that is saying something, I'm a crusty old fart who doesn't accept change well. lol
Akina playing on Battlefield with Juna feels perfect. Akina really attacks the song with her sax, it's a very aggressive style of play that fits the song wonderfully and matches Juna's playing style quite well. Also, props to Chizuru for killing that solo :D

If they had been US Americans, they were superstars! Excellent contemporary jazz music, but without any American kitschyness, so maybe it's good that they are no US Americans. These women really can play, but in my opinion their teamwork also works better than between male musicians.
Jammin` song! Great camera and lighting on the video! Chizuru's guitar is always too low in the mix! The sax is a little too high in the mix. Drums, bass, and keyboards are just right! Love Juna's bass solo! ☺
