Thank you!!! I’m going to start covering cost when reviewing a ball. When looking to buy a ball I think the performance is what we are looking for. Now if we can get that top of the line performance for a cheaper price I think you guys should know that.
That GB5 is definitely a benchmark shape. And just like you said, what a bang for the buck!

Thanks for the review. I purchased this ball after watching your video. I wanted a benchmark symmetrical solid to add to my arsenal. I am speed dominant (20ish mph off hand 18mph downlane). It picks up the midlane great and is continuous through the pocket with a predictable shape. It is a excellent 1st and 2nd game ball for me. When the lanes transition, I move to the DV8 Verge Hybrid that was also purchased after your high endorsement. Thanks for your efforts

Yes I Should clarify my ball speed is 18mph ish near the pins and 20ish in the skid phase. I enjoy your reviews because they are unbiased and genuine. You are a talented bowler but still have a ball release closer to the 200 average house league player. I don't need to see PBA players' ball reviews because they can make everything look great and strike and will not be honest about a bad ball reaction
@@ericwestfall1249 well thank you I will always keep it honest. My yo-yo release has come a long long way. However now that I have a month before my sports league starts I’m going to really focus on it. After nationals in July PBA regionals here I come.

Great video. I just picked up this ball yesterday. I bowled a season high game and series. My high game was 277 and 650 series. I think that is not too bad for the first night with a new ball. Thanks for the video.

"Not that 5 x 1 up crap." Lol, my pap actually is 5 over 1 up. I check it every 6 months just to make sure that it hasn't changed.
lol well my PAP is 6-1/4 and 1-up so they’d all different. When a Proshop operator uses 5 and 1up for everyone that’s not a good thing. Great job getting it checked every 6 months.
I like it! I'll most likely let it shine up or take it up to 2500. But, so far I had a 189 average in league with it.

Great points! Playing that far left with that swamp in the middle of the lane isn’t fun. Remember the lane wasn’t broken down in any way I was just moving for the review. If I was trying to score I would have stayed around 23 with my feet, and dropped a super high score.
@badbadbowling101 I try to stay around 20 25 on fresh but it usually doesn't work for me.. so I end up past 30 like you were here👍 Got more revs than I do speed so straighter is a problem.. Just sharing my struggles 😆 Thanks again ✌️
