The rear looks to me a lot like a cheaper version of a Mitas E07 - Ive got that on the back and love it.
Going for a replacement to my stock Himalayan tires right away.........Thankyou Ben
Go for it
Mostly awaited review for reise tyer thank you Ben bro❤
Always a good video with Ben, it was Mitas or the Dunlop trailmax mission, so far I am very pleased with the Dunlop's , they are reported to get 12k plus out of the rear. Ride on brothers.
Yes the Dunlops have always used more hardy material and construction. But I prefer the MiTas for an all rounder tyre .
@@ONTWOWHEELSBEN I'm going to buy a set for the next round, keep up the great work ! Greetings from Maine USA !
I have been running the MItas E 07 tires for the last 5k. (The original design not the new design) I really like them except how difficult they are to mount. They have very stiff side walls.
The hardier the tyres the better they are for off road use ( ONLY IF THE TREAD IS Great )
Unfortunately, their website is just as icky as it can be. Takes time to load, no proper size comparision, just different tire types. Reise should include the tire sizes, compatibility chart and prices, so that it is more helpful to folks who'd just about like to get to know more about these tires. Thanks Ben, good one.
Great point!
Hi Ben - need some clarification about the tyres !
1. What is the tyre pressure should be maintained in reise ? I'm currently using ceat and maintaining (29psi-34psi).
2. How much kms will it clock ??, for me the stock (CEAT) came around 13-14KMS !
I've used these tires too for a little over hundred km and completely agree with you and felt the same, would not recommend it for beginner/slow riders tho as this demands a fair bit of skill which means it's great for leveling up to become a better rider.
Grip on wet tarmac is fairly good,
But my god this is one hell of a tire on sand, the sheer propulsion you get is crazy, before I'd have fun spinning about my ceats and sliding about, these tires just complete pushhh ahead ample of grip and predictability when you push, this tire isn't meant for being lazy or slow works best when driven spirited. There isn't any wobble when hard braking too. I did not get a front tube with the front tire just got rear tube with the tire.
Would it be a good idea to stock up on this tire if it's gonna increase in price ?
You said it all brother
Update: used this on sticky wet mud, the blocks aren't able to clear out the muck and you're left with little grip however the front does clear out much better than the rear ( this is MY opinion of the tire on wet clay sticky mud). Which makes me believe it's a great tire for my dry stuff and less sticky surfaces off-road
Excellent Video... Detailed insights 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Thank you Ben 🙌
My pleasure!
Which tyre is good for Mumbai to Himachal bike ride?
Maxxix or reise ? Please suggest
Brilliant editing on the intro.
Can you comment on the tour Resie R tyres? My riding is 98% on road but I need new tyres soon.
But i am living in UP and the roads are like off road! There's holes and piles of sand and stone everywhere around town in the area I live, its only when i get on the highway that the tarmac is smooth
reise tyre......
Good quality 👍
Tubeless possible?
How do these perform on tarmac? Would you suggest them for touring purpose(60/40)?
As always, listening to your insight is a delight. Keep these videos coming.
Go for it .
Hey, how is it on the road for cruising?.... For your experience?
It is a very good all round tyre
I wasn’t 100% convinced on your prvs knobby tyres. This one feels better.. I stay more on road and seldom on off road.
Hi bro like the content you make looking forward for a perfect review.
Yeah nice vlog , thinking of buying it , now freezing my purchase, thannks Ben
Go for it!
I have changed to Reise TourR its an amazing performer for my highness, if you could pls tell how TrailR performed oh highways ?
Very well
Same block pattern like mitas due to the collaboration. How is the rubber compound if compared to Ceat and Maxxis?
Much better rubber
Ben bro... could you please suggest best and affordable rear tyre for my Himalayan...
Pls get these brother or get the touring tyres from reise or maxxis MAXXPLORE
@@ONTWOWHEELSBENhow long does maxxis run? Thank you bro❤️
this is promotion , it cant be coincidence cos i saw last week other moto vlogger promoting this same tyre
Yes it is and I get paid in the millions for it . Kindly ENQUIRE before you pass a judgment brother .
Actually it's extremely good one 🔥🔥 I'm using it
How to buy this tyre? Your link in the video gets redirected to another youtube channel of Maria. Would you please share a direct buying link for my HIMALAYAN LAKE BLUE BS6 2022.
HAVE MENTIONED THE CONTACT NO IN THE DESCRIPTION.
Hi Ben. I got in touch with Mike Jemin and have placed the order already. He told me that it will take some 5-7 working days to get it for my Himalayan.
Thanks a lot.
Hey bro why not the maxxis maxplore from maria tyres itself any specific reasons ?
This is way better for off-road works
These tires are tubeless or not?
I guess i still feel mrf mo grip has far superior grip on road or off-road
You are 100% wrong . I have used both .
@@ONTWOWHEELSBEN might be personal preference i liked mrf superior then rise more grip on road and off road
Hey Ben
Do they have 120-90 r17 alone or they have 130-80 r17 too...
If they have both...which one would be better for Himalayan
Both
Can you update me on the price of it?
Can i use trailR rear and tourR front for my adv 390?
I use the bike mainly highway/ city. 20% off-road maybe. Also hows the grip in rain?
Yes you can . I have made a rain review video too
How is the cornering stabilty and wet grip ?
Very good
A challenge to make videos on muddy roads💪
Does it gets punctured easily?
No
Hi Ben. How are you? Which is best reise or maxxis? For rear tyre
have spoken about the same in the video.
Thanks.. Then Which is Good for both wet dry and onroad offroad? Reise trailR or tourR?
Please reply..
I recently bought maxis rear tyre n facing issue with loosing air within 2 to 3 days.
thats a puncture in your tube. not tyre.
What was the tyre life span ?
4-6000 kms if ridden well.
How do you deal with the biggest drawback of Himalayan that is the rear tube type tyre sir?
It isint a drawback . Tubes are used for a reason on bikes that go off road . You should read up on it if you don’t have the experience on the same .
@@ONTWOWHEELSBENSir I also own a Himalayan and I have seen many videos on youtube in which the rear tyre got punctured on high speed on highways and the bike started to stall very badly leading to a severe crash. How will you deal with that situation without breaking your bones?
And sir my 2nd question is that will Royal Enfield will discontinue the ongoing Himalayan 411cc with the coming of new Himalayan 450? Please tell your opinions about it sir. If the company is going to do this then it will be very big drawback for the customers
How is this compared to maxxis
watch the full video
How is the grip on the tarmac and wet surface
very good on both.
Looks like Mitas E 07!!!! The best 50/50 ever!!!
This tyre support alloy wheel
Can you tell me how much for front and rear tyre cost. And also I need the contact number to buy. Am from Kerala. So can you help me
Watch the video . Have mentioned contact details
Do you get it ?
👌👌👌
Any dropped mileage
Same profile but different tyres have very little to do with mileage .
Ok bro another one doubt I used rtr apache 180 back tyre 110/80 17 front 90/90 17 reise tyre this size available bro?????
2:35 No tire is going to make some difference you know .
bruv 😂😂
Are they available for the Scram 411?
Yes
Maxxis or reise better
last part of the video
Bro... explain in tamil....
East or west ceat is the best!!
CEAT = RUBBER + PLASTIC
Always stick to stock tyre for particular bike and there is serious reason about it. Ceat doesn't promote tyres thru any moto vlogger or say they really dont need it. i believe royal enfield himalayan testings include thousands of km tyres testing in all terrains to trust it blindly. If you are experimenting new tyres then be ready to invest time and money to do same km in all terrains testing as stock has gone thru with particular bike before you say about it.
@@vmetrobikeparts1198 is it good or bad??
Or is like some other tyres= Gold + Silver???
@@uttarakhandbeauty3109 I DONT RECOMMEND CEAT TYRE , I SUGGEST APOLLO OR MRF TYRES .
@@vmetrobikeparts1198 ceat gives better grip although tyre life is not that long and + ceat looks good!!
Ben, I bought these. I am loving them. What should be the air pressure ( with pillion ) for these tyres ? Please help
