In 13:00 min. That you bought It call Kao Mun Gang(ข้าวมันแกง) : Which is rice cooked with coconut milk and eaten with beef, chicken or shrimp coconut milk curry and some pickled vegetable for decrease oily taste. Mostly sell by Muslim vendor. It is one of my favorited.

At 7:00, the dish you guys tried was called Tod-munn, meaning fried fish patty. It could be mix with squid, spanish mackerel, enoki mushroom or spotted knifefish. Its a little bit spicy but very delicious and taste even better with sweet and sour souce. 😃👍👍

( Noodle , sliced morning glory , sliced cucumber, fried shrimp , fried tofu , sliced pork & sliced blood pancake . boiled egg, and syrup ) One plate for Alicia , and another one for Ellis - for Ellis can put huge much chilipaste in his . ( Strong taste of - sweet , sour , salty , fried shrimp flavor - & massive of spicy if you want ) " Tow khau " is the best dish ! ( I guarantee . )

The leaf ( I think it is the adult leaf of cashew nut ) is not to be eaten - it is just the local packaging -- but it is ok , people use the younge green ashew nut leaf to eat with khanom jean too - khrab .

At the end of your this video .You are eating the seed of cashew nut in sticky syrup on the leaf . The leaf ( I think it is the adult leaf of cashew nut ) is not to be eaten - it is just the local packaging -- but it is ok , people use the younge green ashew nut leaf to eat with khanom jean too - khrab .
