Dear God how is this possible? If this is the Ti-VCT V8, that's 11:1 compression with cast aluminum pistons!! I am a die-hard camarohead but I have to give credit where credit is due. That is an amazing feat of physics and engineering. How this stock engine doesn't disintegrate from the inside out is beyond me. I'm very impressed you're into the LOW 9s on a stock block.
It is in "no way, shape or form" a stock block or internals. These motors do not last long being pushed at 60-80% of power with over 700 whp and this tjing has to have over 850 whp or 900 whp to run low 9's @ 155.... He has no fire retardant jacket on, no roll cage or gloves. Def not a track legal car. How did he get past tech??? Is what I want to know. I think this video, thanks to technology, was altered. If he does run 9's often, and he says he beats on it often and it has lasted over 2 yrs, he has to be on his 4 motor (if stock) and at least 2 trannys and a few rears by now.
@@08turboSS your lost the gen 2 and 3 coyotes tons of people have ran 8s with stock long blocks check out lund racing they have tuned most of them. Get with the program coyotes are king daddy right now.
@@08turboSS are you a troll dude? Theres tons of stock motor gen 2 coyotes in the 9s and even 8s. My buddy has been making over 800 whp for over 100k miles on his 2015 and he tracks it quite a bit
You’d be surprised how easy it is to go fast in a coyote car. Highly suggest swinging for a 15-17 if you want to run boost and run easy 9’s on stock motor.
@@MisfitSince85 even though the Gen 3’s are awesome and I love them I think in terms of reliability and the way they hold their power the Gen 2’s are better. Not to mention the 6r80 is a very stout transmission for going fast compared to the 10r and as of right now they are cheaper than a Gen 3 coyote.
Looks like you know the 6r80. I've got a very similar setup. Just ordered a new 6r from PBH. My current trans pulses horrible on the 3 to 4 shift and lags FOREVER. Thoughts on cause? Nice run my man
Its not anywhere near stock with well over 900 whp to run loq 9's and survive after a day of 1/4mi runs. 2 yrs of reliability = fully built motor, trans, drivetrain. I've been racing on different levels 30 yrs with Mustangs and know way to many guys that have tried living at 700 whp and the motors do not last long if tracked and full throttle much.
@@08turboSS please stop talking about what you have zero idea about.. I suggest studying more maybe before attempting to bash what I and countless others have done with this platform.

Thats not stock
Stock motor it’s not built turbos and drag pack
Not a stock motor. LoL. The older 2015-17 5.0's need built internals past 650 whp /760 crank. And major strengthening for 1000 rwhp to run. Low 9's.
You are wrong but ok.. 11-14 was the weak ones, 15+ have forged internals.. what do I know though
Hell, even the new 2.3 in the Rangers have forged crank and rods. Fords been strengthening their motors for years now.
Wrong. 15 and up all have forged internals. Gen 2 and gen 3 coyotes hold crazy power
Bruh the record on stock block is 1350whp 🤣
Watch you tongue and maybe the 1/4 gods will give you your 8's.
