Pleased you enjoyed! Recently we figured out that this puzzle (with the correct image) was published at a 1000 piece under the Arrow Puzzles brand from Australia I believe. So it wasn't a new image, just licensed from the artist who had previously sold its use to another brand.
Still loving your recaps! I especially appreciate you including information about all the puzzles and not just the ones you participated in. The puzzle not matching the box would’ve driven me absolutely insane 😅

I agree, I would have liked to see a little more consistency in difficulty level among the prelims. Was a little bit miffed after slogging through the farm only to see the next group to get the unicorn!
The photo collage image was NOT unpublished! It has been published as a 1000 and 1500 version by at least two brands before. One of them being Buffalo!
I just figured this out about 2 weeks ago and was shocked. Since filming this, it was brought to my attention that Arrow Puzzles released a 1k version of the World Travel Pinboard with the correct image on the box. I guess they mean that it was unreleased by Ravensburger but not necessarily by another brand. This is actually going to be a topic of conversation in an upcoming video.
@@fortheloveofpuzzles Imagine this happening at the finals! Where some of the contestants were actually not only familiar with the image but have done the puzzle before. Huge game changer! The WJPF was also not aware of the fact that the image has already been published as a puzzle, because they also were told otherwise by Ravensburger.

I honestly didn't expect to see Brunch Crunch as a pairs puzzle. Would have loved that one as individual and the brown house one as pairs.
