- Author Douglas Murray has called out the “absurd” boxing controversy at the Olympics, where athletes with XY chromosomes are allowed to compete in female competitions.
“I do hope the IOC looks at this again. It is totally unfair,” he told Sky News Australia host Rita Panahi.
“Anyone who knows anything about male and female development means that even if you go onto some sort of hormone drug at some stage, if you have gone through development as a teenager as a man, you are going to have larger hands, larger shoulders, different bone densities, you are going to have much more strength.”

If you have chromosome xy, you will definitely not menstruate at puberty. In this case, the parent should take the child to the doctor who will diagnose the case. These disorders require regular medical checks and sometimes surgery. In other words, if a person who identifies as a woman has chromosome male xy, that person should know about the case. If this is the case with Khelif, that would explain why his passport says female. We don’t know for sure. What we do know, is that Khelif was tested twice (once in 2022, and again in 2023) via blood samples by the IBA, and his karyotype showed him having XY chromosomes, meaning he is a biological man. You should get all of your facts straight before accusing someone else of being unintelligent.

So tell me.... was her testosterone levels tested or weren't they? Because the IBA stance seems to change depending on who you talk to and what day you ask them..... It doesn’t matter under what circumstances she was discovered to have xy chromosomes, or what motivated the testing. If she was tested and discovered to possess xy chromosomes, she should be permanently disqualifed from competing in the women's category.

The point wasn't that she was DEFINITELY DISCOVERED to have XY but the org that did it is CROOKED AS HELL and only "tested her" because she beat the undefeated Russian. This test disqualified her and that Russian is now still "undefeated".... Russian groups like this have a well documented history of cheating in sports. So since only THEY have said this normal people shouldn't believe it was the point. I mean it is like how China has at least two different incidents of performance enhancing drugs making it into their national team that they said was "accidental hotel kitchen contamination"...... He also doesn't produce the same amount of lactic acid as the average person thanks to genetics.... He has large palms and feet which is another plus for swimming. I think the main problem is that the IBA is not a trustworthy organization and the testing was controversial and not externally verified so whether or not they actually have xy chromosomes is not confirmed. It might turn out that this was all a hoax and they’ve been women all along. In which case this was a great injustice and o the two athletes. Either way this was handled by creamery poorly by the IOC. They should just do their own gender test and put an end to all this speculation
