In your opinion, is the double twin room big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids age 9 and 11?
It will be a cozy fit but it can be done. The staff will also set up the third bed for you too!
I just booked a 6 nights stay here.. will be going on June. Transferred my pts from Chase to Hyatt and it was about 47000.. not sure how much that is lol

Yes, but I would recommend asking the staff because the breakfast was not offered to every guest.
Was the breakfast free or what was fee?
The breakfast was free but I don’t believe the hotel is free anymore.
